Much quicker than i expected once all my forms were done etc, remote assesment by Debbie was nice, i felt calm and was shown a lot of compassion. Waiting now for report and then hopefully meds. I would recommend this team a lot. Very nice.

What a wonderful experience indeed! I felt completely validated by the psychologist. It was clear that he wanted to fully understand what it has been like for me living with untreated ADHD. I highly recommend Skylight Psychiatry, and look forward to receiving treatment that will make a profound difference in my life.

I would 100% recommend getting in touch with skylight psychiatry. After years of feeling "not normal" or "too much" I'm now starting to feel at peace with myself. The assessment process I was dreading but Stephen made me feel so relaxed and comfortable about my little quirks. On the whole it has been so easy and not as stressful as I thought. I wish I had done it sooner. Anyone who thinks they might be ADHD I urge you to get a diagnosis, trust me it helps to accept yourself. I'm waiting for medication. I have struggled all my life with relationships and regulating my emotions. Just having a diagnosis I've already given myself a break and I'm looking forward to the new me.

My experience with Skylight Psychiatry has been excellent. The assessment process was straightforward and efficient. I didn’t experience any unnecessary delays from initial contact to appointment.

I had my ADHD assessment with Dr. Wagdy Saad, and I felt immediately at ease. Despite some initial nervousness about the process, I was able to speak openly and comfortably from the moment we began our conversation.

The referral accepted straight away and the psychologist was very friendly and understanding. I was very comfortable to speak to her.

We had a few issues with Internet dropping out on my side and Debbie was very patient and understanding and waited until I had set up the assessment on my phone. Debbie was amazing at reassuring me when I was understandably nervous. She re worded questions if I did not understand and overall she was great. I recieved my diagnosis at the end of the assessment with a full report to follow. I highly recommend this company and with I had chosen these to complete my autism assessment too.

The assessment process is engaging and easy. My assessor was friendly, professional and supportive. The service offered is excellent.

Very very quick to give an initial consultation (less than 8 weeks) and generally provided a good service. Some things to be desired (i.e. long wait times for email responses), but otherwise happy with the service.

Great experience, very smooth process and the staff were great, extremely friendly and supportive throughout the assessment.

My assessment experience overall was very positive, although the initial cancellation process did cause some additional anxiety.

My original appointment was cancelled on the day due to technical issues via a text message, however the message was quite vague and I did not receive a formal cancellation email, which left me worried that it may have been sent in error and was anxious about potentially being marked as a “no show”, so I contacted the centre for clarification.

Jamie from reception was very helpful, understanding and reassuring, and after following up with the bookings team I was offered another appointment very quickly due to a cancellation.

When it came to the assessment itself, I was understandably very nervous, but Tracy immediately put me at ease. She was friendly, patient, calm and empathetic throughout the assessment, especially during moments where I became emotional.

Despite a few stressful moments and technical hiccups along the way, Tracy remained reassuring and understanding, which really helped reduce my anxiety.

I was also very grateful to receive my diagnosis and outcome during the appointment itself, rather than having to wait afterwards. Tracy explained the diagnosis and next steps clearly, and I left feeling listened to, validated and supported.

Overall, despite the difficult start with the cancellation, the assessment itself was a very positive experience and I’m very grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown throughout.
