Decoration was perfect when it arrived and I would certainly order again.

Only issue I had was that the delivery address was printed incorrectly.
I managed to sort this out so all good in the end.

Rude individual with absolutely no customer service skills
We specifically asked for holes to be drilled as the signs were for a wooden gate
Sign sent with hidden fixings which are no good for a wooden gates and the fixings were missing anyway
It’s a shame as the product is excellent but we wouldn’t ever order from them again

Sign good mounting system terrible holes in back not straight - stupid spindle rods which don't go in straight used to mount on out of level and non aligned holes in the back. Terrible system

Lovely slate sign immaculately engineered shame that a company that can engineer to that accuracy can’t put fixings in the back that are level. Holes in the back for fixing pins all at different dimensions from top and side of sign impossible to get the sign straight. My advice is to get the sign from someone that can put the fixings straight – steer clear!!
