We had a wonderful family celebration at Valleys Reach (Hurstone). There were 15 of us with ages from 8 months to 80 years, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was warm, comfortable and welcoming, and extremely well equipped. There are beautiful views over the surrounding countryside, with great walks from the house – no need to use the car – and plenty of outside space for the kids. Altogether a great venue for a large group. Many thanks to Chrys and her team, and would happily recommend Valleys Reach (Hurstone).

Excellent property for a gathering of family and friends. Great facilities and well kept.

I thought the house gave everything we hoped for. In a little village in the country. Slept in a single bed with a single duvet so would have liked a double duvet. Plenty of space to spread out throughout the house and outside. Would thoroughly recommend this for a group.

Easter week Family 13 Four Generations (23 moths - 78) get together. Lovely isolated location with 35 minute country stroll to the pub.

The Big Wows Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna and Hobbit House/Yurt, together with plenty of cool storage for essential liquid refreshment.

Such a treat to stay at Ridgeview. Worth every penny. 16 of us stayed for a fun but chilled hen weekend. Everything that you need to feel like you’ve had a special time away was there.

We stayed at Sampford View to celebrate our parents Golden wedding anniversary. There were 16 of us ranging from 8 years old to the golden oldies. It suited everyone & we had plenty of room to spread out. The games room was a huge hit with the young adults. The swim up pool was inhabited by all the kids who turned into raisins. The outdoor pool was warm & great fun, not too deep either. The house has a beautiful garden with an ancient cedar tree with a lovely swing. We had fun playing hide & seek & hiding Easter eggs in the garden. The dining room sat all 17 of us & we had a caterer on the Sunday who was excellent. The rooms were lovely, plenty of bathrooms.
A small improvement would be the toilet connected to the bedroom downstairs could do with a freshen up as it looks a little dated & worn in comparison to the rest of the house. It also had 2 spotlights over the mirror that seemed to be on all the time & we couldn’t find the switch. All in all a lovely house to chill out in & spend time with each other.

Fabulous accommodation as advertised. The communication throughout was amazing. Its our first time at using Sleeps 12 but we will definitely use them again as we are a large group who often holiday together. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Another fantastic Easter weekend at Beaverbrook. Cannot recommend highly enough. Anthony and his Team were brilliant. Can’t wait to come again.

The kids loved the pool and cinema. The house was ok but tired looking and one of the en-suites had mould in the shower tray.

The staff at sleep12 have been excellent and supportive from initial enquiry to completion.
The accommodation was immaculately clean and tidy on arrival.
The children enjoyed the swimming pool, very popular.
Sam is the site manager and she reached out to us couple of days before arrival with useful information which was much appreciated.
