Careful when dealing overpromise and under deliver

4mm thick ordered 3 mm sent advised there is tolerance 25%? Wednesday told they would send more 4mm for Friday as I needed for weekend confirmation email. FedEx text Friday 15.53 saying delivery Monday. Phoned and South African man said he will chase courier and com back. No response so chased 16.23 he said he would return to me now at 16.53 no one answers phone. Poor service

So far you have done nothing, I have placed an order let’s see how you do in getting my order to me then I can rate you.

As I said I will update when I receive my parcel. Well I can say that delivery took a bit longer than I expected however, the quality of the product is very good, I would like to get 10 more but sadly I can’t afford them at this price therefore I will look around for some cheaper imitations. Overall Slip not have been ok definitely worth 4 stars.

This us an update to my previous 3star review.
initial contact was good.
I did then have various issues with some damaged products and incorrect information re fitting. which meant i was short of enough edge pieces.
However emailing Anna at customer service has resolved these problems with replacement and additional products sent.
She has communicated well to resolve everything.
