This site has no regard for their clients. This isn't a payment issue this is a responsible gaming issue.. I have a gambling addiction and I have told them this numerous times. Over 20+ emails going back to January 5, 2026 asking to have my account closed with no response. They don't give a shit! They will not close your account and take pleasure in preying I your addiction.. stay away from this site!!

Rare wins on slots.

Compared to other sites I find the payout win/loss ratio to be very low.
Up to 48 hours for withdrawal which is long.
Customer service is very welcoming.
New games added all the time is nice.
Easy to navigate.

BREACH of responsible gambling regulations

Ive been trying to self exclude, set limits and close my account since March 22.

*Update* This place needs to be shut down!!
Its now April 14, the casino has demanded i correct my review...because I included my managers name they didnt dispute anything in the review or close my account🙄
On April 10 the agent asked me to provide a reason for self exclusion. I immediately gave my reasons as i have in previous emails. My account is still open.

I have tried in chat, email and WhatsApp they will not respond to any messages asking for a deposit limit or to close/self exclude my account. I beg them to self exclude my account. Im always met with I need to just wait for my " VIP manager" which by the way blamed a fake cancer diagnosis for her lack of communication.

I thought you were just asking for a regular bonus.
It’s up to you, but the one-time offer regarding the bonus for removing the review is still valid. I just misunderstood what you meant at first — sorry about that. My grandmother is in the hospital with cancer, so I’ve been quite stressed"
I played here for a few weeks. Spent thousands.
I've emailed my "vip manager" numerous times (March 22,23,24,25 and April 2, 5th) begging to close my account due to my gambling addiction. My emails went unanswered. Apparently she's on "vacation" yet, I emailed requesting to keep my account open on March 26, within 4 mins I received a reply from "Malcolm" telling me my account is open. It was never closed I just didn't want to deposit money and they close the account.. I went to chat asked to put a monthly deposit limit, apparently that too is handled by email. Which they won't respond to if youre trying to use any responsible player tools.
I have played at MANY online casinos I have NEVER had this hard of a time using responsible player tools... this place is the absolute worst!

I finally received a response from my "VIP manager"

I understand your point regarding the account closure. It also seems like you’d still like to enjoy some of our promotions before finalizing everything.
Here’s what I can offer: if you remove your feedback on Trustpilot, I will add a special bonus to your account for you to enjoy.
Once you’re done, you can email me again, and I will proceed with closing your account as requested.
Does that sound like a deal?

My response: No, I'm good. Your casino is trash and people deserve to know.

Even after multiple attempts trying to self exclude they are still trying to get me to keep my account open..

Reluctantly since they weren't closing the account I ended up playing. I tried reaching out to my manager in chat, email & whatsapp for 48 hrs no response in chat the other agents were rude and would tell me its not their job i have to just wait for my manager to email they would straight up just refuse to help. Finally after 48 hours the manager St**la responds.
"Hi, mate

To my regret, I cannot add you anything, cause your outcome is 120 EUR

Please make sure I can add you the cool cash bonus when your new deposit activity reached 1000 without any bonuses💗

St**la
VIP Manager"

So since i haven't deposited enough I cant get a bonus. Again lol I ask to just close the account April 5 8:57pm AST.... St**la never responded shocker right... lol account is still open it is April 6th 10:12am..

In return they gave me a whopping $30 I played it out and wanted to close my account... surprisingly no email replies AGAIN...
Disgusting.
