Really pleased with our recent experience with Smallbone, who have made the design & consultation process a breeze and taken away much of the stress of our overseas renovation. The attention to detail given by Will from start to finish has been outstanding, even with last minute alternations & changes.

We were very pleased with the excellent aftercare service provided by Smallbone. Marco Toscano, the Aftercare Administrator, arranged for Charlie, their Technician, to come to our house at short notice to fix the door panel of our fridge. They were both exceedingly helpful and pleasant to deal with and Charlie sorted out our problem most efficiently.

It was our first experience with Smallbone and was excellent both quality of the kitchen and customer service. We have installed several kitchen in the past with other companies, but Smallbone is just outstanding. Thank you so much to the whole team for our amazing kitchen! The kitchen works so well, so beautiful, cosy and practical, we wouldn’t change a thing! It was great experience, in fact the best we ever had, starting from the design by Vince it was long process and thank you for your patience, at the end we still come back to the original design which is the best, later project managing by Lydia and all the details required and lastly installation by Dean and Charlie was excellent, focus on the details, always finding solutions in old listed Georgian house is not easy. After the kitchen was installed the team come back in few months to check all the cabinets are working perfectly - that what we call outstanding service! Everything worked so well at the end and we are really pleased with the final result! Thank you to the team again for all your work and long process on it.

Customer service is paramount at Smallbone, not only from the start but also post-sale. We can categorically say that thanks to AndyMcCarron and his team, it has been an exemplary experience working with Smallbone. We all experience issues, but whenever we had one, Andy excelled in dazzling us with solutions.

Eighteen months after our kitchen installation, we broke a door. Smallbone came to the rescue and resolved the issue in record time. Thank you, Andy and team, for your outstanding service and support!

We have been searching for a new kitchen since 2019 or even earlier. However, due to the Covid-19 situation and ensuring our kids were settled in their new school, we had to postpone the renovations. But now, it's the perfect time to proceed with the renovations in our house.
We had been researching different kitchen brands and came across Smallbone, which aligned well with our design aspirations.
We had an initial meeting at the Smallbone studio with lona, our kitchen designer. She was incredibly helpful, attentive to our needs, and had a perfect understanding of what we wanted. Additionally, their company owner was very friendly and accommodating during our visit.
We were thrilled to make the decision to work with them, and we can't wait for the new kitchen to be installed. We are now looking forward to the next steps of the process.

What an amazing experience I had, I have never seen customer service at this level Iona went over and beyond my expectations when it came to designing my kitchen and living room. It took weeks of me wanting to keep changing things around but she was super patient, it felt like I had almost found a friend in her, she made me soo comfortable and was full of fantastic ideas for my new home.
I just can’t put in words how brilliant she was and would love to keep going back to small bone again and again due to my amazing experience all thanks to the amazing Iona.

This was our fourth Mark Wilkinson kitchen - we had two good experiences and then a bad one just after COVID times. After new management was put in place everyone worked hard to repair the damage and our fourth kitchen was put in this February and it was a seamless operation, delivering a beautiful kitchen. We applaud the work of Simon (planning) and Miroslav (operations) who know their business.

I purchased a kitchen some years ago and following building work being undertaken recently left me with a piece of a cabinet missing. I spoke to Danielle in Customer Services in London. She arranged a piece to be sourced, had it primed and sent within a few days. Absolutely excellent service especially as I bought the kitchen 8 years ago.

Lucy was our designated kitchen designer. We quickly arranged an appointment to meet her in our new house. She carefully looked at the kitchen and listened to our ideas. These ideas turned quickly into a render that helped us to keep refining what we were looking for. Her careful attention to our ideas really helped us to see where we felt we needed to focus on regarding bringing our new desire kitchen into visually something we could aim for. Following two other appoinments, which took place at Smallbone showroom, we were able thanks to her guidance, to appreciate and keep refining the details of the visual we were able to see thanks to an incredible viewing of 3D images of the kitchen from different angles. Thanks to Lucy, and the quality and exquisite taste of smallbone kitchen, we are now embarking on a journey to bring - that visual Lucy helped us to create - to life. Our experience has really been positif working with Lucy at Smallbone and we recommend others to experience and enjoy this journey iof bringing ideas to life :)

We had a wonderful time visiting the Smallbone Knightsbridge studio. The quality and craftsmanship was second to none. Lucy was great and grasped our requirements immediately and translated them really well into a design for our dream kitchen. We can't wait to complete our kitchen project with Smallbone.

We are at the design stage for our kitchen and bedroom refit. William Manfredi has been an excellent collaborator making helpful suggestions and responding positively to our queries. we are very much looking forward to progressing the design and had no hesitation in making the decision to give our business to Smallbone

Second time around for us with Smallbone. The quality, finish and detail is second to none. One thing I particularly look for is a contactable quality customer service . We all know there can be hic cups and glitches in anything but their customer service is 10/10 , constantly available to chat to to discuss and to remedy. The designer Simon was amazing from day one he juggled everything to make whatever i wanted possible. Constantly available on the phone and email for
Me . But Colin the fitter has to be the guy to be mentioned , he certainly knows his stuff. He also juggled things around to make all my adjustments ( typical

After an initial Zoom meeting with Leila to discuss our needs/requirements we met her at Smallbone's Knightsbridge showroom. We were thrilled with the designs she had come up with and one in particular really ticked the box. Leila really took into consideration all the things we wanted to include and added a few more we hadn't thought of. Our kitchen won't be fitted until later in the year as our refurbishment won't be ready before then but having already had a Smallbone kitchen installed a few years ago in our London house I'm very confident it will exceed our expectations!

From our initial meeting and all the way through to ordering our kitchen we have been thoroughly impressed- in particular with our designer Jai Godwin. We had received designs from other bespoke kitchen companies that didn't meet our expectations in terms in layout, materials and design so we visited Smallbone on a whim to see if they could come up with something that would meet our expectations. Jai immediately understood the brief, despite us not being as detailed on certain aspects, and designed a kitchen that we instantly loved. The layout, design, materials and appliances were exactly what we were looking for. The best thing about working with Jai is he is really willing to listen to the client's thoughts and ideas and use his experience to create the vision without steering the client in a direction which suits the company only. We are looking forward to our kitchen being fitted and everyone we have shown the design to absolutely loves it. Great work Jai and Smallbone.

We worked with Jai from Smallbone who designed our kitchen beautifully. He listened to all our requirements and hit the design right immediately. The design experience led by Jai has been brilliant.

We have had a wonderful experience working with Smallbone and to be honest, my husband & I were more than a little nervous working with a company outside of the US, but after more than a few zoom meetings we feel very confident that Smallbone will deliver on all of their promises. We are in initial stages of designing and it has been one of the best experiences we have had working with design teams. They made many changes without complaint to deliver a kitchen design that I'm certain will exceed our expectations.

A visit to their showroom was really enjoyable, I came away inspired by the craftsmanship and quality. Smallbone have so many intelligent and beautiful design ideas.

We recently worked with Jai Godwin on a kitchen project that was part of a complete renovation of a listed property. We gave Jai a very open brief as he mentioned he has worked for Smallbone for over a decade and we were interested to see how he would interpret the space as we struggled to imagine what was possible in the current space. This resulted in a design that wasn't something we previously considered but felt was definitely more balanced and proved to be much more functional. Jai walked us through the entire design process, after measuring our space he got back to us within about a week with a design that was presented to us in person where each element of the designed was explained then demonstrated on the display furniture so we knew exactly what we were purchasing. The lead times are a little longer with this company but this is mainly due to the appliances we wanted. In the end our building project was delayed due to other issues and the company was very good about delaying the production of our kitchen.
