Quick and easy to order and delivered before due date.

Used small feet for the first time after struggling to find anywhere that does nice / decent shoes for the size needed. Very comfy. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. Great customer service and very friendly. Thank you

Ordered two pairs of shoes of the same style (black and nude).

I tried one of the shoes on, and as it was at least two sizes too big, I did not bother trying the others (no point).

I returned the shoes (costing me £5.55) as it had to be signed for.

Upon receiving the shoes, the company emailed me saying there was a buckle missing. I informed them that I had only tried on one shoe (which had the buckle attached). Therefore, any issues with regards to a missing buckle would be their responsibility and that they would have been delivered that way.

Not a company I would buy from again.

Will see if they refund...if not, I WILL go to trading standards, as this is not acceptable.

I wish I had of read the reviews about this company before parting with my money.

UPDATE - Email received 17.08.2022 10:05 issuing refund. NB this was around the same time that they read and responded to my Trustpilot review! 🤨

Great value for money with plenty of designs to choose from!

First time ordering and was very responsive to messages. Placed order which was a made to order item, received within 3 weeks although they did advise possibility of delays. Very happy with the shoes, the fit and quality is very good and love that many styles can be customised in different colours. Will defiantly be a returning customer to this company

I have been having my shoes from Jo at Small Feet for over 10 years. I was so happy to have found someone who stocks small sizes and at the time I lived really close so Jo would let me visit and try on before i brought.
The shoes are fabulous. They are reasonably priced and Jo offers a great service. No question is ever too much. She sends pictures and videos to help answer any questions.
I literally cant recommend Small Feet enough.

Excellent service, loved the sandals but unfortunately they were too large so had to return them and received a full refund within a couple of days. Highly recommended.

Really nice shoes. The right shoe is a little more loose than the left shoe but it's not so bad and I can manage it. The company and I had a misunderstanding in the beginning. I was sent a wrong item and I sent them messages about it without a reply from them for about a week and I got angry as I thought I had been scammed. But as it turns out they weren't able to receive the messages for reasons beyond their control at that time. They got back to me as soon as they got my messages and started the process to rectify the mistake. They immediately arranged for the correct shoes to be dispatched and even let me keep the wrong shoes as a gesture for the inconvenience caused. They really made up for the misunderstanding in the beginning and I am happy with my purchase. This has given me the confidence to purchase more shoes from them in the future.

I find it so difficult to find shoes which fit my feet. These shoes fit perfectly and are well made and very comfortable! Cant recommend enough. Will be buying many more pairs off here!

My new shoes are well made and can't wait for the finer weather to arrive so can wear them. The shop was very responsive to my queries, getting back within 24 hours. I will definitely buy from them again.

Received my second beautiful pair of boots which perfectly fit for the first time in years. The first was a present for Christmas off my daughter, I had ordered a second pair which has arrived today. Again over the moon, lovely fit, very good quality and arrived as expected. These was the ACCA boots and ANLI boots, both super comfortable, thank you

I feel cheated
I have ordered with them a pair of sandals which do not fit. I would like to return them but I have no idea how. I have completed their online return form and I have contacted them three times so far asking for information on where I should return the items. There have been 2 months and I still I have had no reply. It looks like they are after people's money rather than providing good service. I will never order with them again as they do not deserve my trust.

I ordered my shoes back in April(!!) and have not received my shoes nor any refunding.
Costumer service is really poor, I have been in contact with them multiple times, yet they refuse to believe my shoes was lost until transit, even though the danish shipping company DAO has confirmed this. They actually blamed me in their email, even though DAO has made an formal statement of the lost package.
Small Feet Shoes refuse to contact DAO and talk to them about their agreement on lost items, even though I am a costumer of theirs!

Very disappointed. I lost more than 600DKK on nothing. Would not recommend to anybody.

Bad customer service!!
Did’nt get any respond on my e-mail… Unfortunately place my order in to order instead of one, also paid tax for 2 package. I send a request for only paying for one package ( also a package with 4 pair of shoes instead of 2 package with 2 pair of shoes) I also ask for information on when I expect to receive the shoes.. this is 3 weeks ago.. still not get any respond from my request!!

I ordered a pair of boots , my first purchase from them. I am over the moon on receiving them. I cannot wait to wear them. Team are very efficient and responded to all my queries. Can’t wait to order again, I’ve actually got two more shoes in my basket.
I have found it very difficult to find my size in the UK , shoes that are on trend and not too classic. Happy to see more fashionable styles on their website.

For women with Small Feet there isn’t many places that we can buy shoes, since Saxone tall & small went from the high street it became even more challenging to buy shoes, I then found the Little Shoe Shop in London and Pretty Small Shoes which are lovely shoes but so expensive that I couldn’t buy shoes very often.

I then found Small Feet shoes and it’s so great to find shoes at a good price, the sizes can sometimes be hit and miss but I often consult Jo before I order as she takes the same size as me so she can advise on best size to order. I have bought quite a lot of shoes from small feet shoes and I have won boots and a pair of sandals in Facebook giveaways.

The majority of the shoes are well made but there have been some shoes I have returned as the quality wasn’t as expected.

Jo does consult her followers on Facebook as to what shoes they would buy which is great as my one complaint is that all the small shoe sellers seem to concentrate on the skyscraper heels which look ridiculous on small feet, also when you get older you don’t want to wear super high heels.

I would recommend small feet shoes and will certainly buy from them in the future. Also recently Jo has advised that their team of designers can create one off simple shoe designs so if you want something more bespoke then you can email her details and request a quote which is great if you need something for a wedding or special occasion!

Mixed order up & send wrong items my order to someone else. Advised that person seemed to be out of the country. Promised urgent reorder as was unable to have final prom fitting until shoes arrived. Had to keep chasing up & was advised stuck at imports! Eventually got them but of poor quality with marks & defects. Shocking customer service and communication. Shoes are of a much poorer quality than something you would buy form New Look for £17.99
Still haven't had a response from seller and out of pocket for returning wrong items at their request. Now had to raise with Paypal but seller doesn't even seem to be responding to that. Have no choice but to use shoes as left with a very last minute prom fitting & unable to source alternative shoes at this final hour. Not so much as a apology!

Absolutely adore small feet! I always had a problem trying to find shoes that fitted, wasn't from the child's section or over priced. You can imagine my relief when I found small feet! Admittedly I wad hesitant to buy but so glad I did, fast delivery, great service and gorgeous shoes! I shall be purchasing my 3rd pair very soon!
