Made one phone call was given a great price for window tinting and they did it the same day it was excellent service and a great job with no problems many thanks excellent

We chose via the insurance company to use Smart Car for our Toyota repair after our car was reversed into.
Tracey the receptionist was very helpful and so cheerful. She explained to us the process and kept us up to date with how the repairs were doing.
The repair was done to a very high standard indeed. We were over the moon with the end result. You would never of known the car was damaged.
Thank you to the repair staff that worked their magic to get our car back normal. ROSS as we like to call him (R022) looks amazing.

Its very rare nowadays to receive such high standard in customer service these days and so refreshing. Well done all.

Great company, they have worked on my car a couple of times. Work is always to a very high standard, reasonably priced & friendly knowledgable staff.

Have used Smart car since the very begining for all of our vehicles, being a transport company we get a few bangs bumps and scuffs!! Great customer service and quality work always, nothing is to much and the cars come back as good as new. Highly recommend

I’ve been using Smart car for many years now. Have taken multiple cars to Phil & team due to my bad driving. Faultless service, Always friendly and accommodating but most of all trustworthy people who I would not hesitate to recommend everytime. Thank you!!

The paint work done on my Peugeot was very good. However the customer service was very disappointing. I was told to pay £30 to have a very precise estimate to fix some small dents on my bonnet. This would then be refunded back to me if I went ahead with the quote. I agreed and was more than happy to continue the work. I then received a phone call the day before collection saying that they had removed my front bumper to fix the bonnet. While doing this they disconnected the front camera. I was then told I would have to pay an extra £300 to have the camera re-activated. At no point was I warned about this before the work had begun. I now have my car back but without a working front camera. Overall they broke my front camera and have refused to repair it, This is totally unacceptable. Beware!

I have used Smart Car UK a couple of times now and have found them to be extremely helpful with great customer service. The end results of the work done is exceptional and although been given a timeframe for the work to be done, they have completed earlier than stated on both occasions. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I had Darren Dale as my taxi driver, I’ve had him many of times and he is absolutely amazing! The car is always clean, he always polite and friendly, loves making conversations with us! He always asks if we have any requests for music that we like and is always on time! Best taxi driver in Stafford town!!x

They carried out major repairs to my car which the insurers had written off. The quality of the repairs was excellent as was the service overall. They went out of their way to keep me fully informed and provided regular updates. I cannot recommend them too highly.
