So glad I looked this company up, I recieved a scam email from royal mail saying I had to make a payment to recieve a parcel from this company. Luckily I didn't open any links in the email.

Just had to pay postage to receive this gift from a friend.

I had a 'Royal Mail' email advising me I needed to pay extra postage for my 'smart gift solutions' gift. Never used the website or company so its obviously a big scam. Wondering if the website is a front to scam people as the phone number even goes dead and seeing all the bad comments here makes me feel its defiantly a scam.

Beware of this company scam using Parcel Force! Received an email from Parcel Force saying that I needed to pay £1.45 for a parcel to be delivered from this company. I very nearly fell for it as both my Son’s birthdays in 2 weeks so O thought maybe someone was trying to send them a gift! Wrong!! Nearly pressed to submit my card details until I thought I best Google. Glad to say I found these trusted reviews of recent and slowly backed away from the submit button…. Phew!!!! Don’t get had by these con artists.

Similar to another reviewer, I received an email from Royal Mail stating that a parcel from this company couldn't be delivered as insufficient postage. I have never purchased from them and have reported the email directly to Royal Mail.

I received an email, clearly a scam, but named this company, as not paying enough postage on my delivery. I hadn't ordered anything, but when I googled them, in the South of England, I'm in North Scotland, I can see from the reviews that they are possibly running some sort of scam and using this as a front as many people haven't received orders.

I received an email saying they had not paid sufficient postage. Tried to call but they are still not taking calls due to covid. 2 emails sent and still no response. Not sure how you run a business with no communication

Placed an order but took them 24 hours to get back to me to say the item I had purchased had sold out. Very poor response times and still haven't got back to me regarding my complaint. Would never use again.

Arrived in very fast time, lovely packaging for our friends birthday. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Ordered a next day delivery gift and paid in full. Parcel did not arrive on time, parcel did not arrive at all and it been 7 days!! Terrible communication, one is unable to get in touch on phone and they did not call to resolve the matter. Most worst of all, they have not refunded me at all!! Thieves…would stay well away from this business.

Dreadful service- still not received a hamper worth £70- ordered with guaranteed 2-4 day delivery- 11 days later no gift but they are saying it’s delivered. No proof of delivery abs refusing to give a refund- pls be warned and use another aite

I tried to order a hamper with 6 bottles of wine. This came with a hidden cost of £14 for the basket - nowhere on the website did I see this mentioned. I went ahead with the order then it was cancelled as they wouldn’t send 6 bottles - again nowhere on the website are there any restrictions. Tried to complain then they blocked my email!

Terrible!!! I paid extra to have a basic personalised wine sent to a friend for her birthday during lockdown. I spent approx $80 all up! It was supposed to say ‘happy birthday Mia, love Meagan’ instead it said ‘thank you all so much for having me, love deb’ I have been back and forth with emails for over a month. Their delivery service is terrible, no cards left and when calling they have no idea where the parcel is. I then email smart gift solutions for them to just say it was returned. Why not notify me? THEN even though it was 100% their mistake they asked me to pay for redelivery!!! I even offered to pay for redelivery and now they’re ignoring my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Doesn’t deserve one star ! Mums birthday in lockdown and no delivery as yet when said would be 1st June. Complained through their contact us page - nothing 48 hours later just done this again and not hopeful of getting reply . Really disappointing as another reason for choosing them was because they are a local business

Don't touch these morons with..... anything... I tried to place an order online no good whatsoever such a chore and no result in the end.... such a shame because it was exactly what I was looking for a present for my sister.... I phoned the contact number..... oh...... I had a recording of a 4 seasons lady wanting to place 17 orders of the same product!!! way strange I thought so tried the number again and exactly the same message.... oh boy do they have some issues, great shame as exactly what I was looking for but made it impossible to order!!! How do they make a living (not) !!

Easy to order, unfortunately the gift arrived damaged due to courier, but without too much hassle, emailed customer services and a lovely lady called Melanie assisted me in getting a replacement order sent out.

Terrible . I ordered a gift for a friend who had been horribly assaulted. I paid for next day delivery , and yes, this was a Saturday but there was no mention during the order process that they were CLOSED at the weekend .I received a confirmation email stating the date order - Saturday - and the date it would be delivered - the next day . It arrived on Tuesday ! When i complained, the company said they werent in at the weekend so the parcel was in fact delivered the next day and they had fulfilled their contract .In whose World does Tuesday come after Saturday ?? Terrible service .
