What can say excellent service from start to finish happy with my new folding scooter

I ordered a powerchair on the website, it was one I had used for 13 years so I knew what I wanted. Unfortunately that model had been discontinued and when Balba contacted me he advised of a better one and I am so glad he did as I now have a smoother and better powerchair which is also crash tested. It arrived very quickly and the delivery man was very pleasant and helpful

Ordered one scooter but it was not in the sale bit
disappointed but was helped to find a very good
other Mobility Scooter that is wonderful and has
everything I need to make a safe journey. The engineer delivered the scooter in question safely and
gave alot of good information on it just hopefully I
observed all of it very good at his job. Also the sales
person Mr Chahal who took me through all the
information about the Scooter and it would not have been possible to me to choose one on my own
and he helped me make the right choice so many thanks.

So I live on a hill i mean to get to my house ive to go up steep hills on the road. The mobility vehicle choosen was the pride baja bandit and let me tell you this machine ate the hills we where not sure it was going to to be able to get me to town but this choice of mobility cart done the lot I've complete freedom anyone in luton needing a mobility vehicle this store has the best advice and he's honest with his knowledge of the vehicles. Thank you so much for my freedom I now have.

Balba was very professional and thorough with explaining the type of scooters available to my needs and offered honest, clear suggestions that helped me choose my mobility scooter. He came out the same day so I could have a demo of the chosen scooter which made me happy with what I was looking for. A few days later my new mobility scooter had arrived promptly and Balba explained everything in great detail so I understood everything that was being said. Smart mobility is a brilliant place for all of your mobility needs. You will not be disappointed. Professional, honest, and very thorough. I am very glad to have chose in a smart mobility as my mobility scooter provider. Highly recommend to all.

My advisor Balba was so very understanding of where I lived, what kind of mobility scooter I needed and best of all he was so polite and helpful. I now have my scooter delivered and he has literally given me my freedom back. I'm soon to be an amputee so it has come at the right time. Thank you.

Completely hassle free experience. Being elderly I was very concerned that the money paid would disappear into space due to so many scammers being around. Balba was superb in the advice he gave me, the speed in which the S700 mobility scooter arrived in just a few days and the fact that he was always available to speak to at any time. I’ve bought a Scooter from smart mobility and I’m over the moon with it two men deliverd it and put it together took all rubbish away and made sure I was ok with it following day I had a phone call from the shop they asked if I was ok with thscoooter and explained who to charge the batteries.
