We take pride in being the Home of the 1 Year Price Guarantee, which means that we guarantee your rent rate will not change for the first year of your lease. After that, we do adjust our rates annually to keep up with the market and cover our expenses, but we promise to give you ample notice before any increase takes effect.
We would like to clarify that our policy of raising rent rates annually is not standard practice in the industry. In comparison to our competitors, who may raise rent rates every month or so, we believe that our approach provides a more stable and affordable option for our renters.
