They support scammers. Trying to get a refund out of this website that has been using Smartsupp and its definitely a scam

Was told I received a payment for tutoring but not currently accepting anyone so I asked the chat service for support. They kept telling me to put my card details in, insisted I get a REALATIVE'S card and then tried to sign me up for a different card. In the midst of this, a Russian jumpscare came up twice. This all screams of a scam and when called out they "resolved" the conversation. Have reported my card as stolen just in case.

Très mauvaise expérience, lorsque j'ai fait la mise à jour du module, le widget ne s'affichait pas en front. Je n'ai eu aucune aide de leur part. De plus leur dernier version installe automatiquement eventbus et psaccount qui ralentissent le site. J'ai donc supprimé et depuis je ne peux plus me connecter au back office. J'ai demandé un remboursement au prorata de mon utilisation et ils ont refusé m'obligeant à payer un service une année entière sans que je puisse l'utiliser. a fuir leur service client et technique ne vous aide pas

I had an awful experience with this company (Smartsupp). After upgrading to a paid plan, I was shockingly locked out of my account, despite my subscription still being active and not even up to 10 days old. To make matters worse, they demanded additional payment just to regain access, essentially forcing me to pay twice for a service I had already purchased.

When I requested a refund under their advertised "15-day money-back guarantee," they simply stopped responding to my emails altogether. It's incredibly unprofessional and feels like a deliberate scam. I strongly advise anyone considering this service to stay away — there are far better and more honest alternatives out there.

In ogni pagina di conferma ordine dei siti prestashop, ma immagino anche in altri, è presente uno script che invia a smartsupp.com i dati del cliente compreso email, telefono e totale spesa.
Voi lo sapevate? No? Molto male!

Really bad product and service, after update can’t login to my smartsupp account , have error messages , so can’t use it at all , missed many customers chats , contacted support but no reply at all from them , will cancel my subscription and will be looking for alternative, won’t recommend.
