The kids bottles are very cute but for the price, the quality is very poor. Bottles designed with children in mind should be able to withstand some knocks along the way but my daughter accidentally dropped her brand new bottle and the top completely sheared off. Luckily she didn’t cut her hand. We have not had this experience with any other brands.

My daughter bought me a rubbery water bottle and even though I have washed it out lots of times the water tasted disgusting in it! Two other people have tried it too and agree. Don’t buy one!

Ridiculous, you can not return in store if you paid by PayPal! When ordering online PayPal is the most convenient payment method. Smiggle also don't offer free returns. I find there items over priced and poor quality. Won't shop here again.

Smiggle in watford store customer services is horrible, not trying to help at all!!!!
I tried to return a backpack with wheels, not a small thing to carry. I didn’t have the confirmation order by email but an invoice by post. The assistant didn’t allow me to return saying need a 4 digit of the card, ask me bring back and ask for a free return label from smiggle. I called smiggle, they said they dont send free postage label unless is faulty and will not send a confirmation of the order my email?!!? Didn’t understand why, I just need a copy of the purchase my email, why not?
Online assistance was trying to help and ask me to call them when in the shop. Went to the shop, have to argue with store assistant then she finally called smiggle to ask for details( which she could have done it in the first place)
When you work in the store you should always try to help the customers, “No” is the last word you should said to customers. Training should be provided.

0 kids water bottle is such poor quality her lip got stuck and has caused a nasty cut. Won't be using Smiggle again

Appalling customer service. I ordered several items which were delivered by Evri in damaged packaging with several items missing. They them basically treated me like a fraudster for requesting a refund/replacement of the missing items and refused to do the above without the parcel label.

I bought backpack
After 14 days i followed up my parcel , between the way they return back my parcel to company🤔 i asked them for send me again but they said its not possible. And after 11 days still they didn’t refund my money🤔
Big scam

Really bad quality items. Walkie talkies didn’t work properly and it was impossible to get the screws out of the backs of the blaster guns so we’re not usable

Sadly, this is the first time I want to give 0 star to Smiggle. I bought one school bag from Smiggle, Westfield, Stratford, London. There is clearly mentioned that Lunch box is attached with bag. In the online there is also mentioned same. But in the shop they are selling without Lunch box. When I asked them, the lady said to me that I have to buy the Lunch Box. I returned it. This is absolutely dishonest business. Some people may not check it. But it should not continue like that. I am very disappointed.

This company is fraudlent company products are crap send stuff back foe replacementand then they play silly games no refund no replacement this company needs reporting to trading standardsand closed down they are crooks

Terrible company with appalling customer service. Allegedly delivered a parcel to my bin but not my house. Making me report a crime that hasn’t happened before they will refund. Avoid like the plague

I would give them 0 stars if I could. My order got lost because Evri left it somewhere random instead deliver to my address, I contacted Smiggles and they send me form to fill and sign, which ask for a crime ref number, to be obtained by filling police form regarding crime. The only crime here is Evri’s faul! Been told that won’t get refund without the form fully filled. The product was £5 and £5 for delivery so not worth my time to fight with them but disappointed with the way they treat customers. Never buy from Smiggle again

Poor- ordered gift card and paid express delivery (3-5) days - took 10 to arrive and missed recipient birthday, wrong name on envelope and had been tampered with on arrival- response via email slow- only refunded delivery fee because I asked. Very disappointing customer service

Bought some school stationery from here and the quality of the pencils are so bad every time you sharpen it the lead would break they are not useable we had to put them in the bin. Totally a waste of money. They charge you so much but giving the most rubbish quality back. The pencils I bought from the pound shop were better than the ones I got here. So disappointed with them. Won’t be going back now.

Shocking service from smiggle. Cancelled two items but didn’t inform me. Set one by Evri and the packaging from smiggle and the delivery by Evri, were a disgrace.

So disappointed, I paid via Apple Pay and unfortunately my apple pay is still set up to my old address (homeless unit) I noticed this right away and contacted you for address to be changed, unfortunately I was told theres nothing smiggle can do, I contacted yous within minutes of placing my order and there’s nothing that can be done ? How ridiculous ! So now my order is getting sent to strangers and I need to trust them to return my order… not great especially as £172 was spent on my children’s Christmas… please fix this error for you don’t leave other people’s orders in the hands of strangers due to an human error .. thank you

took my money no product despatched online chat fobbed me off twice blaming delivery company could not re order as now out of stock refund awaiting as the only option offered.If I hadnt contacted them when would I have found out.this company have the worse reviews I have seen on here and to be honest for good reason.Don't be daft like me read all these reviews and take note or you too will be wasting your time ranting on here

Maybe I was lucky but I seemed to do ok shopping online. I took a hope in that they would be delivered and luckily they were in a few days. One item was out of stock which they refunded. I wanted something specifically that they only did, a fidget toy and being Autistic I find these helpful. I'd buy again and hopefully all would be ok again!

Previous bought a bag from them which broke within 2 weeks.
Recently brought a order that was delivered in such bad packaging that item was broken have sent proof of damage and how bad packaging is and will still have to send item back for issued refund or replacement

School backpack started to fall apart within 6 weeks. Contacted them to refund or replace. Sent bag back with their couriers. Heard nothing from them despite chasing. So now no refund and no bag for a disappointed 7 year old. Quality and service poor.
