AVOID! Charge you double the price and say that their stock is an official quality when it’s clearly not! Go to eBay or amazon, much cheaper coils and better quality!

I've used the Smokshop for 6+ years, the only place I buy my vape-liquid from.

They consistently deliver a high level of service, always stock my favourite flavours (thank god, other brands give me headaches), and they deliver quickly and without fuss.

First time i have ordered on line for my E liquids,, I had no problem with my order from Smokshop.... Easy to use web page,,Fast delivery..I ordered Vampire Vape Ice mint and Ice Menthol...Both nice and smooth liquids,, Will defo be ordering again.

Excellent service, family company providing a personal and readily available advice and recommendation either via the web site or telephone. We pensioners value personal service especially under the difficult times we are all experiencing. I will add I have now been a non smoker for over 4 years thanks to SMOKSHOP. Their continued support has really helped me through some tempting moments. Thank you SMOKSHOP.

Never vaped before but been trying to stop smoking so thought I'd give it a go. Id spoken to a few other local shops as I didn't have a clue what I was looking for but never got much more help than just buy this (crazy expensive) machine and see how it goes. The guy I spoke to here was great though, he explained how it all worked, the differences between the machines, flavours, nicotine strengths and the pros/cons of them all. I didn't feel like I was being sold to at all, even to the point where he was making recommendations that were actually cheaper than what I was looking at. Everything I ordered arrived the next day and, as a testament to their customer service, I also had a note in there from the guy I spoke too telling me how to prime a coil (something that would never have occurred to me).

As customer service goes I can't recommend them enough, I can honestly say there won't be anywhere else I'm looking now, I just wish they had an actual shop near me so I could go there in person too!

Being new to vaping I contacted support they were so helpful & I received my set up quickly & great value, I've started on their own Smok juice & love the Blueberry.

Bought a device online (Aspire cobble) that arrived with the charging cable missing and burnt smell, tried it anyway, didn't like it and was confident I would get a refund or an exchange as every online companies do. Not only did they not reply to my emails, but were unhelpful and rude on the phone, saying I was probably lying! I have been a client for years and will have to find my e liquid somewhere else from now on. No loyalty to their clients.

Poor customer relations, do not care about return trade, just there to get your money, Purchased a T20 first time i tried to charge up the port it was hard to plug in went and told them about it didn't want to know, then after three weeks it broke completely, was told no receipt no change, Would not be so bad but i work next door and say morning to the guys in there every day!!! My advice use someone else who values their customers as smokshop don't.

Ordered my first bottle of tobacco flavoured E-Liquid from SmokShop, and was very impressed with the flavour.
What impressed me the most was how quick it was delivered. I ordered it at 10:30AM on Friday, and the postman delivered it at 8:30AM on Saturday!
I thought Amazon Prime was quick, but SmokShop knocks the socks off of Prime!!

Yes the customer service is good, friendly people. But there cotton/wick is awful badly sized (so waste a lot if you want to cut vertically) there's not then enough to cut horizontally. On 2 occasions now I've purchased Clapton shots as they've not had it on a reel, which is OK although very dear for what should be 10 coils worth, and even worse that I only receive 9, frustrating when you dual coil, they must be taking 1 out of each pack to make another 9 pack. Overall the product experience is very bad.

Keenly priced vaping store just use them
