BE CAREFUL...IT'S TRUE!!! Everything you read... you book a flight they charge your credit card, Then you receive an email saying your flight is no longer available at that price and they offer it to you for a higher price. You are given the option to purchase the higher priced flight or cancel and they will refund the purchase to your credit card. (In my case this was over $8,000.00)
I took the option of cancelling and received an email with the title "REFUND PROCESSED and it included my confirmation number.
The email read
"Your order could not be completed. Please note that refunds may take several business days to post back to your account."
Several days??? It has been 32 days and STILL NO refund!!! They charged over $8,000 to my visa and have not returned it to my card!!! 32 days???
I called them today and was given the run around from two different people, sad they needed to check with the 3rd party they use, followed with more ridiculous excuses.
I insisted they send me an email I could forward to my bank stating this amount would be credited to my card either today or tomorrow. Since my bank wants payment from me!!!
I immediately received the email from Michael Boyd. I thank him for that.
For me, I won't EVER use Snap Travel or Booking Vault again.

This is a scam. They are quick to take your money even though the ticket is "Booked". Conveniently, I "booked" a flight and 30 minutes later, I was informed the cost was now 75 dollar more. How interesting. Also, even though they take your money immediately, they take forever to return it. I had to contact Kayak to get any traction on my return. Pure scam. I will tell all my friends not to use.

The hotel was unacceptably filthy with broken walls, soiled linens and garbage in the rooms. The hotel offered a full, documented refund and reversed the charge. SuperTravel (SnapTravel) charged me the full amount. When disputed, they refused to remove the charge. The hotel did the right thing but SnapTravel kept what ultimately should have been a refund to my card.

I accidently booked for the wrong day and immediately tried to correct it. The hotel didn't charge me but Snaptravel did not refund my money or offer some kind of exchange. It was a $500 mistake. I won't be using them again.

I’ll start with the positives. I got my full refund for the flight because the flight was cancelled.
The negatives there’s no 24 hour free cancellation so that kind of stinks and I didn’t know that the flight was cancelled until I looked up my ticket number. But all this information was in the fine print 😅😬.
Overall, still happy because I got everything back. Thanks, Snaptravel!

I was a bit suspicious of the really low price of $1,464 for an LAX to Oslo flight in business class--its several hundred dollars less than other sites for the same flight on the same airline. I sent an email to the site asking how they could charge so much less, and the rep said it was a mistake--the total they showed for two tickets was really for one. He claimed the site hasn't been updated, but I check often and its been $1,464 for quite a while. It sounds like they rope you in with a low price and then claim it has to be "adjusted by the supplier" just before checkout. I'm glad I found out well in advance of our flight date.

Total bs. They charge your credit card then tell you the price is much higher and take a week to credit it. Basically they are hoping you will choose the higher fare and say ok. Scam!

I wish I could leave a ZERO. Made a reservation 3 days ago. That day my PayPal account was debited the correct amount. Never received a email confirmation or text confirmation. Called multiple times. Called again for confirmation the morning of our reservation. So called customer service could not locate reservation with email, name, credit card, or phone number. Only could help me if I had a confirmation number ( which I was never emailed). Went to hotel and they had no reservations from snaptravel for me. Made a reservation for myself thru hotel which was even 40% less expensive than snaptravel. Called snaptravel one additional time and they said they found a reservation but couldn’t forward it to the hotel or my email. Told them to refund my PayPal account and they said they couldn’t do that, as well. Made a complaint and a claim thru PayPal. Never again. Avoid this company at all costs. The least professional travel agency I have ever dealt with. Unless you truly enjoy being aggravated and scammed, I would pick any other agency

1 star, 1 word- AWFUL. I reserved 3 rooms. 2 were available when I checked in. The hotel moved me to another hotel and "refunded" my payment for 1 room. The Snaptravel charge still appeared on my credit card. When I disputed the charge, their response was the Terms and Conditions said no cancellations. I resubmitted the dispute because I had not cancelled the room. Snaptravel rep said it was already decided and would not reconsider. I asked to talk to a supervisor. I was told someone would call within 2-3 hours. No call by the next day, so I called back. I was told the request had never been submitted and that they would escalate the issue and a supervisor would call back within 1 hour but no later than 3 hours. It's been 2 days- no call back. My credit card company looked into it and said they agreed with me, that their T&C's do not cover my situation so they issued the refund. Stay away from Snaptravel (or whatever they call themselves now) there are too many good third parties out there there is no need to use them.

I was traveling made a reservation through snaptravel.i realize the motel was 20 miles back and the weather in Wyoming was bad so I email and ask for refund.they couldn't refund me back.i spent my last money and I couldn't get refund.never again I will NOT make reservation with snap travel.

This is for a hotel booking I made on September 9, 2022, 920 PM for a September 10-13 stay. Apparently, Snaptravel never finalized a reservation with the hotel and never provided them with my details. Booking Confirmation Number: B_7071524 and the hotel confirmation number 9162221493585. I googled a hotel in Ft Lauderdale, Fl., and when the choices generated Snaptravel had the best price for where we wanted to stay (Silver Seas Beach Resort). We took a late flight and arrived at the hotel at 9:54 PM. The office door was locked and the lights were off. There was a note on the door to call for emergencies: 954-217-9490. The female who answered asked for my name. She then said that there was no record of any reservation with my name. I gave her the reservation number but she said they did not have any reservation for us. I even tried the booking number but that didn't work either. Basically they did not have anything from Snaptravel (reservation or payment). Snapbtravel(Now Super Travel) emailed me some paperwork (which I can provide to you) but none of it had any way to get back in touch with them. I'm 75 years old and out $405.00 and want a refund.

My booking was cancelled by the hotel when I went to check in. Snaptravel refuses to refund me, even though it was not my fault the booking was cancelled! I had wanted to stay at that hotel, I was there on time, etc. The hotel cancelled it and told me that, of course, I'd be refunded by the travel agency (snaptravel). Snaptravel is a scam, they kept my money and did nothing for it! Stay away from them!

I am currently on my trip and they notified me that my second hotel pulled my reservation due to plumbing issues. The replacement hotel was a lower class hotel. I asked them to provide same class hotel I originally booked and they ghosted me. I was left to find lodging in middle of my trip. Since they have no phone number nobody was accountable on what happened. They did stress my family out trying to find hotel for tonight so gotta go. Thanks snap travel for caring. Never will I use them and advise you not to use them either.

Poor experience. To be clear I have not made a booking as I have been unable to. Booking system continually gives an error message. Was told by SMS help service to ensure correct card details, billing address, CVV....then use a different card etc etc. Did not work and they were unable to help further. Poor. God knows what happens if your booking is sucessful and you need help thereafter

My first time using the company Snaptravel, I had the misfortune of booking a studio at Sol Cala d'Or Apartamentos. I immediately called the hotel in Mallorca and explained I was in Figuroa Spain and made a mistake. A friendly woman at the desk assured me there would be no problem, she would simply cancel my reservation, but I must call Snaptravel in order to get a refund. Snaptravel’s response was “no refund”, and then they had the audacity to say we can call the hotel and ‘try’ however we can’t guarantee anything and must charge you 30 Euros to do this. I told them they were wasting my my time.

I called the hotel numerous times but the hotel manager was always busy. They gave me her email, I had to write 3 times explaining I had made a mistake, it was very was late, I was tired and would she please give me a refund. Despite it saying “free cancellation”on their site, she finally wrote back refusing my refund.

So traveler beware, I highly recommend you Do Not use either of these businesses!

Organised a trip a year in advance. Travelled from the UK to New York and the day before travel had a text wishing us a lovely holiday. On arrival found out Snap Travel had cancelled our room a month before which left us no where to stay… they refused to rebook and refunded our money after 5 hours of trying to sort it out. We spent 5 hrs in a hotel lobby on our arrival and Snap Travel were extremely unhelpful and did not take responsibility. They did not offer ANY explanation why it was cancelled but said they couldn’t rebook because the hotel wouldn’t take a bank card over the phone , they refused to do it online.

Can you imagine how awful this was for us after such a long wait and journey!

Please reconsider if you’re booking with this company, it was a dreadful experience.

Absolute con room advertised for £133 so clicked OK the reserve now icon .... suprise surprise "sorry due to high demand not available" but I got offer to reserve again (same room, same dates, same hotel) for £141

This company literally stole our money.

We booked a stay at the Waldorf Hilton through them. A pipe burst in our room at 2am & the Hilton consequently refunded our money to SnapTravel & asked them to refund the money to us.

After chasing for 3/4 months, still nothing & SnapTravel claim that they can't refund it as it's been more than 30 days.

The hilton refunded our money to them within 3 weeks and chased them continually to send the refund back to us! They just ignored it and now state that because it's been more than 30 days they will not send it back 'even though I have documentation from the Hilton' proving that they refunded the money & sent emails chasing them.

This is theft, they have our money, ignored requests to return it & now state that because it's been 30 days, they will not return it. How can they get away with this!?

I've never been more appalled at a company.

Superb service & excellent prices. 1st time with them but have already booked 2nd 😁
