Had a very frustrating experience with Snitch.

I ordered a pair from Snitch Quick (90-min delivery), but the order was not delivered the same day. I was then promised next morning delivery, which also failed.
After that, I clearly requested cancellation since the occasion had passed. Your team confirmed cancellation + refund + compensation.
However, since then:
• I’ve been continuously following up for the last 4 days
• Every time, your team says “refund will be initiated by EOD” — this has been repeated for the last 3 days with no action
• The order has now been falsely marked as “delivered manually”, which is impossible as I’m not even in town
• Even worse, your team is marking tickets as “resolved” without actually resolving anything
I genuinely want to understand —
If a customer is clearly saying the product is NOT delivered, how is the issue being marked as resolved?
There is no proper support access:
• No one calls back
• I have to repeatedly raise tickets
• Wait 1–2 hours just to get on a call
• Re-explain the same issue every single time
This is my first order (~₹3000) with Snitch, and honestly, this experience has been extremely disappointing.
At this point, I just need:
• Immediate order cancellation
• Full refund + promised compensation
• A proper explanation of how this was handled
NO MONEY REFUNDED AND NO RESPONSE AT ALL

I ordered a jeans from snitch app and it didn't fit me at all and I requested a return order and the pickup was approved. But then I would get the otp for pickup but the delivery associate never called and the pickup failed and they blamed me saying I was not available.
The pickup has failed three times now and whenever I raise a ticket or request a callback from them they say the same repeated prompt like they are sorry and have escalated the matter and it will take 24-48 hours.
Their customer service is pathetic and terrible.
I would suggest everyone to beware of this company and avoid it completely.

Extremely disappointing experience with Snitch online shopping.
I ordered a shirt expecting good quality based on what was shown online, but the actual product was quite the opposite — poor fabric quality, improper fitting, and definitely not worth the price.
The worst part has been the return process. I raised a return request 15 days ago, and till now no one has come for pickup. There has been no proper update, no accountability, and customer support has been unresponsive and unhelpful.
As a customer, this is very frustrating. When a brand fails both in product quality and after-sales service, it completely breaks trust.
I would not recommend Snitch to anyone based on this experience. Buyers, please be cautious before ordering.
Poor sizing and ecommerce experiences…
The product is of poor fitting compared to gap, levis, pant project, M&S and pepe. When you measure it doesn't add up and not in keeping with international standards. The length is also typically shorter than rest of the brands.
Their website does not display the customer care contact anywhere and customer support bot is useless especially with exchange and refunds. The exchange and refunds policy in order summary does not match what is marketed on website and finally their segregation of offline and online purchases is so outdated a policy in today's omnichannel experiences. Having 30 years of experience in retail and ecommerce, I would fire their ecommerce head.
If you like their brand go to their offline shop. Such experiences give Indian ecommerce a bad name.

Very disappointing experience with Snitch. I purchased this shirt and wore it only once, and the fabric already developed multiple pulls and small tears across the surface.
This is unacceptable for a brand that markets itself as premium fashion. A shirt should easily last many washes and wears, not fall apart after a single use.
The material quality seems cheap and the durability is extremely poor. Based on this experience, I would not recommend buying shirts from Snitch unless they significantly improve their fabric quality and quality control.

Snitch spends all its money on performance marketing .. Zero on the garments it sells .. A shirt from snitch will last you three washes before it starts falling apart .. They don't care on retaining customers because there is no dearth of fools who would see snitch ads and buy their mediocre products.

Customer support is completely unresponsive — no proper replies on email, WhatsApp, or calls. Every time I follow up, I either get generic responses or no response at all.
This level of negligence is unacceptable for a brand that claims to be “customer-centric.” Holding customers’ money for a month without accountability is nothing short of unethical. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, because if something goes wrong, you’ll be left chasing your own money endlessly

Worst experience with Snitch. The real problem is their customer support — extremely unprofessional and rude. The agents don’t listen at all, argue unnecessarily, and even disconnect calls mid-conversation. One agent falsely claimed that my issue was resolved, but when I called again to confirm, another agent said it was against their policy and admitted the previous agent had made a mistake. This clearly shows poor training, false commitments, and zero accountability. Very disappointed !!

Very bad experience with Snitch. Size fit was completely wrong—the product was much larger than expected. Delivery was delayed without any proper update. Customer support is pathetic: no direct call or chat option, long queues, calls get disconnected, and after 2–3 days someone calls back and talks arrogantly with no resolution. This was my first and last order. Do not buy from Snitch.

I placed my order on November 25 and it was delivered on November 27. While the product itself was fine, the after-sales customer service experience has been extremely disappointing.
I requested a return and the pickup was raised twice, yet it was never completed. I contacted customer care multiple times via chat, phone calls, emails, and even followed up with the courier partner (Shadowfax). Despite all these efforts, there has been no proper resolution or refund till date.
What concerns me most is the lack of coordination and ownership. It took several conversations before anyone identified that the address in the system was incomplete — even though my correct address existed in their records. I eventually learned this only because the Shadowfax agent mentioned the missing house number. This should have been noticed far earlier by the customer support team.
The repeated assurances from representatives did not translate into action, and the delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience, especially since I have an upcoming debit for which the refund amount was important.
I genuinely feel that Snitch needs to improve its after-sales service. The customer experience after purchase has been very poor, and I hope the brand takes this feedback seriously.
I still request the team to complete the return pickup and process my refund on priority so this issue can finally be resolved.
