2nd time I've booked with Sno ski holidays. Dealt with Jack on both occasions, Alpe d'Huez Club Med in 2024, and our recent booking for January 2026 in Meribel.
Fast, reliable and easy delivery of service. Jack and support team are patient & thorough and happy to answer any questions.
Highly recommended these guys to anyone seeking to book a holiday.

It's my 5th time booking with Richard at Sno and each time he has been excellent. He is very knowledgeable about the resorts and accommodation, which we have found to be invaluable when booking, especially if you are planning a trip at the peak Feb half term or start of the Easter hols. A well deserved 5 stars!

Richard was so helpful! After trawling through hundreds of options myself I couldn’t see the wood for the trees! Richard took our requirements and instantly understood what we were looking for. He very quickly sent over a fabulous selection and we were booked within the space of 12 hours. Everything was easy from start to finish - would highly recommend using Sno!

Once I had registered my interest in the ski offer. Calvin contacted me within 10 mins all done and got me the bargin of the century I will definitely use SNO ski holidays in the future.. Mayrhofen was basically sold out, but Calvin got me in 💯% use this guy.. I owe this man a beer 🍺

We had a great experience with Sno who arranged a fabulous holiday for us with ClubMed. Special praise goes to Idalette who coordinated all of the logistics and made sure everything went smoothly.

I have used Greg a number of times. He has always had a good understanding of what I am looking for and has come back with good options.

Put a deposit down on a house and they sold a room to someone else without telling us and tried to charge us the same amount. Don't book this company if you want to have somewhere for you and your family to sleep that's reliable.

Terrible experience, and is looking like it's going to cost us a massive amount of money to fix their mistake

Have to say that I found the level of customer service in SNO to be absolutely exemplary throughout the booking and confirmation process. I’d have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone looking to plan their next ski trip.

Richard has booked 3 holidays for me / our group now over 5 years and they have all been fantastic. He has always been flexible with changing requirements / numbers / non negotiables etc and always provided a great selection of options at the right budget. Had a specific need, for a top class resort, close to piste with exclusive use of a chalet.

We booked our holiday through Richard, who was very quick to reply and give honest advice, making the whole process quick and simple. It was also helpful that he had knowledge of the area and the chalets. Looking forward to our trip in January.
