Just when I felt lost, Soarpay saved the day hands down!!!

Just when I felt lost and thought all the doors were closed on me, Nathan and his team saved the day!!!

When I first started the process of setting up payment processing for my high risk business, I was actually working with another company (Initials for the first company is Z.P.) and going through their application process. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall knowledge just wasn’t there. Even worse, I left those conversations feeling frustrated and clueless, which led me to start researching other options online and then that’s when I found SoarPay.

Nathan (His last name is Vanderpoel) thankfully took my initial call and as you can imagine I came prepared with a lot of questions because I was seriously considering switching companies at that point. Also because setting up this type of an account for an e-commerce business is/was new territory for me and as mentioned, I didn’t have a good start with the other company.

From the start, Nathan V. was genuine, patient, and extremely informative. Also very knowledgable about the ins and outs of the industry and how things work with online payment processing and high risk merchant accounts. It was one of those conversations that just sticks with you to the point that I kept thinking about how positive and helpful the call was all weekend.

The following Monday, I called Nathan back and told him I wanted to move forward with him and Soarpay. Since then, he has truly been fully invested and has been incredibly supportive and persistent throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate how he worked diligently to help me explore different options and never gave up. 💯

What really stood out to me was that when things required additional attention and began to seem impossible ( I won’t get into details), Nathan didn’t hesitate to involve higher-ups within his company to make sure everything moved forward properly and that all options were exhausted. The team at Soarpay was truly all hands on deck. If my experience is any indication, they’re all organized, communicative, and committed to getting results for their clients.

Most importantly in the end, he successfully helped me get approved. I’m genuinely grateful for his persistence, professionalism, and guidance. Setting up payment processing is a critical part of building a business and having the right partner makes all the difference as you can imagine.

I highly recommend Nathan and the entire Soarpay to anyone looking for knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely supportive service. If you’re a merchant let alone a high risk merchant, start with SoarPay!

Professional and Easy to Work With

I have had a great experience with SoarPay. I chose to work with them largely because they’ve been around a long time in the high-risk merchant account space, which mattered to me. The underwriting process was straightforward and moved faster than I expected. Once the account was approved, their client support team was easy to reach and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions. We’re using them for a high-ticket subscription product, and everything has worked as it should. Overall, it’s been a solid, no-drama experience.

WORST PROPFIRM IN THE WORLD

Simply the worst prop firm that has ever existed.
Not to mention that many people I know never received their payouts, and they made claims that were simply not true. They only like collecting money, not paying it out.

One of their excuses was that I supposedly didn’t follow the consistency rule, even though it was 23% on their website and you had to stay below 25%. On the payout day, I logged in and—interestingly—it suddenly became 28%. I even have screenshots of it.

For another payout, they claimed I was “copy trading” because someone on a completely different account entered the same position 3 minutes later 🀣🀣🀣🀣

In my opinion, NO ONE SHOULD PAY THEM ANYTHING, BECAUSE THE WHOLE THING IS A SCAM!

I have been working with Nathan on my Merchant Account Application

I have been working with Nathan Vanderpol on getting my Merchant Account Application set up to be processed. I am a sloe proprietor and my business isn't Live yet. I can't process any sales transactions as of yet. Nathan understands where I'm at with my business and s helping me move forward with the application. Nathan is fantastic to work with! He stays in touch with me regularly to keep me informed as to where we are in the process and when he requested documents from me, it was very easy to get him what he needed. Nathan is always upbeat and sounds so positive and confident about what he is doing, the products he is using and also about me. He has made me feel good about what I'm doing with my business and where I'm at with it. This all gives me some confidence and a feeling of security about what he is doing for me and what I'm doing also. I look forward to his calls and hearing where we are. I'm excited to get my Merchant Account set up so I can start generating some income for myself through my business. Nathan is truly great to work with and comes across as an honest, caring person.

A computer tech support scam company


A computer tech support scam company named Cybersoft LLC using Soarpay to steal the money out of my and some other people's credit card, I investigated about this company Cybersoft its owned by Allen Ott but when I called Allen ott he told me some Indian Guy Manoj Jangra Managing all this. They are running this scam in the name of Norton they call random people pretending to be Norton and Take the remote access of their computer and tell the fake things like hacking and all. I request soarpay to investigate and refund money to all the customer Scammed by this Cybersoft LLC. I request Soarpay not to provide your services to businesses who scam people

Whenever SoarPay receives a report of questionable activity related to a merchant, we immediately involve our upstream banking partner to review the account. During this process, the bank may pause payouts, request additional information, and determine whether the account should remain open. In this situation, the merchant account was closed at the conclusion of the review process.

For customers who believe they were charged in error, banks and card issuers have established dispute and refund procedures to ensure funds are returned when appropriate. SoarPay does not keep these funds, and our role is to support the investigation and ensure the proper steps are followed.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond. We know how important timely payouts are for any business, and we appreciate the chance to clarify what happened.

Shortly after this merchant account was opened, the initial transactions were flagged by our banking partner for an enhanced compliance review. Federal regulations require banks to conduct reviews—and temporarily hold funds—whenever early activity appears inconsistent or unusual.

In this case, the bank may have seen differences between what was listed on the merchant’s application and what appeared in the first transactions. Our team contacted the merchant several times to request clarification and documentation so the review could move forward. Once the bank completed its investigation, all funds were released on 11/10/2025. Following the review, the bank decided to close the account based on its regulatory and internal risk requirements. We kept the merchant informed throughout the process.

Soar Payments takes compliance and accuracy seriously because our banking partners rely on the information provided in the application. When something doesn’t line up, banks are required to investigate, which can result in delays or, in some cases, account closure.

We understand this situation was frustrating, and we did our best to help move the review along as quickly as possible. If anyone has questions about how these review processes work, our team is always happy to help explain what merchants can expect.

Great customer service!

I was experiencing financial issues and was attempting to close my account to migrate to a new merchant account but Kyle King helped me so much, first by getting everything lined up so it would be seamless and I would not loose funcionality.The other company kept jerking me around and changing the migration dates, each time Kyle assured me I would stay connected. The end result...I remain a loyal customer and appreciate all of the flexability he allowed me. He helped me very much and appreciate his assistance!

Waste of time

after wasting time filling endless questions and sending sensitive information to this shady company, they never replied, they never sent the "instant quote", nothing happened, just a waste of time and collecting IDs and sensitive company documents & bank statements.
I request a certificate of document destruction.
