Poor delivery timelines and Customer Service
I paid for next day delivery and heard nothing, the delivery did not come and communication was awful. I had to send several emails and use the chat service on the website. Eventually I got the product, but late.
A good product - well my son likes it, but poor customer service.

I am a returning customer and I order quite big quantities. The customer service is of high quality and the products show real effect. Comparing with US products they are a bit more expensive (in Greece) but this is something I am willing to ignore.
