Top product. I always take it after a workout and it helps against tired legs the next day. Tastes great (had previously only strawberry flavor). A small note. In my opinion, the preparation instructions are exaggerated. It is recommended 2 cups with 250 ml of water. This is then already very viscous. I always take a half to whole cup in about 400 ml of water. Probably personal preference, but in my experience is sufficient

Dad who buys for son
I buy these products for my son and use other brands as well. The products are excellent and the website keeps getting more and more informative and helpful in making sure I buy the most appropriate things for his training. Some of the products aren't appropriate for U16s and website is up front about this which is reassuring. I find that the amount of training he does requires these extra supplements and they do work with energy delivery and keeping things in 'balance'. The products are slightly more expensive than other brands but this seems to have been remedied this year and prices are more inline. The offers have been excellent.
