Softvor レビュー

wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a program!! I searched for a program on Etsy, found what I was looking for, PE Design 11 software for embroidery designing. This company where AND STILL ARE advertising on Etsy!! I messaged a question through Etsy, they messaged back almost immediately, but I had to purchase through their website and not Etsy, so I did. Download sent to me a random website, no idea what it was, but it didn't work, reached out to them on Etsy, they shut the advert down, and so I could no longer contact them on etsy. I emailed them several times, I contacted them via their website - NOTHING. They have completely ignored me . Oh and whatever the download directed me to, allowed all sorts of Pop ups to appear!!! I had to completely shut my laptop down and reset to Factory settings.
Etsy`s response "Because you purchased directly from them, there is nothing we can do" THIS COMPANY IS STILL ADVERTISING ON ETSY!!!!!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND STAY FROM ETSY.

I purchased a FL Studio software from Softvor through their website and they sent me a crack version of the software, which could not be used or updated by FL Studio. I reached out to them to send me licence key but they sent me links to download the crack. When I reached out to FL Studio support, I was advised to delete the fraudulent software as it was a crack version and could contain malicious softwares. I sent several messages to Softvor for a refund but they never responded back or sent me refund. I would like to warn others about this fraudulent website and avoid by buying softwares from Softvor. Thank you

Purchased SketchUp software but was unable to install . Customer service / tech support was totally unresponsive for 2 months. This week after several emails and WhatsApp messages I was able to get tech support but their help was insufficient to resolve the issue. There has no been any acknowledgment and or apology to the lack of customer service. I have requested a refund and have not yet gotten any answer. Stay away from this terrible business.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE! Before I ordered a software product, I ensured the product was available for a Macbook. The customer service rep said YES it was compatible. After I paid, the files were not accepted in my Mac. I asked for a refund and the customer service rep said yes he would do it. NO REFUND EVER CAME! After several attempts to find out the status of my refund, NO RESPONSE EVER CAME BACK FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO REFUND MADE! I TRUE SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!

Shady, no customer service, dont fall for this
