My main reason for phoning was a simple enquiry to find the out of pocket cost of installing the most effective solar panels & batteries after the widely advertised rebates are applied. SOLAR MARKET responded to my initial review recently and found somebody who was prepared to let me see the product before purchasing.
So I have given them 5* for following up on my initial review and listening to me and finding a supplier prepared to let me see the systems before installing them.

2 companies contacted me and gave quotes. It seems to be difficult to see the equipment somewhere before buying it. It would be reasonable to expect to see what you are buying before spending several thousand dollars.

First company( SAE ) was fantastic. Explained all options and gave very important information about all products and their durability. A wonderful first port of call!
The 2nd company was useful.
Final company (Sunboost ) was frustrating in that there was pressure to book an installation based on the initial contact.Customers need time to reflect and consider offers/ quotes when making important decisions.
