For anyone reading, this refund has been paid in full, including an extra £10 for the delay, so nothing is owed on this order.

Our initial refund of £50 was raised on 5 October, as agreed when you spoke with a member of our team on the phone.

The following day, you raised a chargeback with your card provider under the reason ‘Goods or services were not provided’, even though you had already spoken with our team and tracking confirms the stock was delivered. Because of this chargeback, the £50 refund in process was cancelled automatically by Shopify.

While a dispute is open, refunding directly as well risks refunding the same payment twice. Once you confirmed you were cancelling the dispute, we refunded you.

We’re sorry it took longer than either of us wanted and wish you nothing but the best in your reselling journey.
