Victoria was really amazing, she put us both so at ease and was extremely empathetic and sensitive to the nerves we were experiencing. She answered all our questions and gave us lots of information during the scan that we found really helpful and reassuring. Her presence was very calming and understanding. The other team members present were also really lovely and professional too. We were sent several video clips shortly after the appointment which have become our favourite things to watch each day! Thanks hugely to all the team at our appointment, it was so worthwhile and we really enjoyed it.

I visited the clinic twice over the space of 2 weeks and was seen by Helen both times, so friendly and made what could be a really nervous appointment, feel totally calm

I couldn’t recommend Somerset Early Scans enough, they provide an exceptionally good and professional service! They were so kind, considerate and took the time to make both myself and my partner feel at ease and comfortable. They were the perfect balance of friendly and professional and provided us with reassurance, clear information and some very beautiful scan pictures!
They have an absolutely wonderful team and everything was so easy to organise and the live 4D images provided after the scan are so magical I will always treasure them, thank you to the amazing team and I would recommend them to anyone!

A wonderful experience at Somerset Early Scans. Jodie was very reassuring and knowledgeable. We were made to feel at ease throughout our recent scan. Would recommend. We were also lucky to have Amie for our 6 week scan and she was also brilliant.

Good availability with booking slots, friendly and helpful staff. Everything explained clearly and easy to understand. Love being able to take home some pictures and a written summary of the scan. Have had 4 scans with Somerset Early Scans at Taunton Road Medical Centre and will definitely use them again. Thank you!

We had an early scan with Somerset early scans at 8 weeks 4 days, the two ladies were absolutely lovely and very welcoming! They couldn’t see my baby through the usual ultrasound so I had to have an internal scan which they made me feel very comfortable about and explained everything very well. The lady carrying out the scan also went as far as showing us my ovaries and explaining which one dropped the egg which was super interesting and nice to know! We also took home quite a few pictures which was lovely and we were very pleased that we booked it also put my mind as a first time mum at ease and made me feel a lot less worried about everything! Highly recommend!

What a team they are. I don’t know who picked the team but it appears they were handpicked. So lovely, professional, knowledgeable, kind and understanding. They’ve put me at ease each time I had an interaction with them. There were days when I arrived for my appointments stressed and the ladies just managed to calm by their mere presence.
I have seen quite a few of them during my different appointments and I cannot fault them. Kudos to the person who hired them all. Keep holding onto them, because they are more valuable than gold!

I booked my scan 2 days before it which was great and efficient. I booked a women’s health check to check for PCOS and the Sonographer (Beata) was an absolute delight. I suffer with health anxiety and this scan caused me a lot of stress due to what could possibly be found but she was amazing, super energetic and supportive and explained everything to me right there. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first ultrasound and figured there’s nothing to be worried about! My anxiety was completely put to rest and I felt very comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Absolutely amazing experience, the staff are all lovely, especially Amie. Went above and beyond to make us comfortable and gave us the best experience. Would 100% recommend!

My partner and I are having our third child, and had previously used another scanning/imaging company. Although we were happy with them as well, Somerset Early Scans were the best we've used.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and gave us plenty of time to both see our baby and get some wonderful pictures. It was a very positive experience for us.

I booked an appointment very last minute, on the day. Although their website isn’t clear on locations & Paulton is listed as Bath (when it’s actually Bristol) - I ended up at the wrong location. Once this was realised, I was lucky enough that the site I was at, had availability. I just had to sit a little while to wait for the current persons appointment to finish.

When we went in for the appointment, I realised that it was Hannah, who scanned me previously. This was a lovely surprise and it was nice to have continuity. (I can’t remember the other lady’s name, but she is just as lovely too)

Everything was explained going through the scan. Hannah is very thorough in her work.

We left happy. Hopefully won’t need to see her again, but can happily recommend the business and the staff.

Love this clinic. Very welcoming and thorough . Feels less medical than hosp / nhs scans .

We had a lovely experience with Somerset early scans. Both my partner and I were in shock over the whole situation as we'd only found out 2 days before the appointment. The girls were very reassuring and informative at the same time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
