Suite à une panne d'ordinateur, j'ai voulu télécharger les installateurs mais impossible de me connecter sur le site (mal foutu). Pas de réponse du support technique. J'ai perdu 200 euros ...

I LOVE their 88 Keys Ensemble VST. I bought it years ago (has lifetime license for 2 computers). But, I got a new computer a few months ago and tried to download the VST onto the new computer, but the download link is now a 404 error page. They deleted it (presumably after they updated to version 2).

I no longer have the installer in my old computer because I deleted it, so I have no way of installing it into my new computer. I've contacted their support team 4 times in the last few months and have gotten no replies.

I've tried the 2.5 update, doesn't work if you don't have the original core installed. I love the sound of the VST, but support and just the usability of the VST is horrendous.

So lifetime isn't really lifetime I guess. Would love for SONiVOX to reach out and help, but I highly doubt they will.

Otherwise, I love the plugin itself, but I wouldn't advise anyone to work with SONiVOX ever, unless they get new management or something.

Do not install these plugins if on these OS.

No updates have been issued for a long time.

Those sleasy b*st*ds shouldn't even be in business anymore. There is no support whatsoever and products that are very buggy.

Requests and inquiries, either through email or fb or messenger are completely 'ignored', and that is deliberately done so, which only infuriates users, never to go back to their business again.

Their support apparently goes through something called 'plugivery' who is an external company for giving support on their products, but nowhere do they even mention anything about it. I had to hear it from a retail store !! This is a company that deliberately waves away all responsibility for their products and issues for users. Normal companies would take down their own support site and email in case of external support and INFORM their users of it. But not Sonivox, they still send out their hypocrite auto replies saying some technician will reply to you in 24-72hrs, and that it is important to them to answer our inquiries asap...yeah right. How hypocrite !

Companies like this should be FORCED to stop doing business all together ! No respect given is NO respect earned. They are petty THIEVES is all they are !

Their products are okay, good if you need something towards production quality, but affordable. The non responsive customer service makes unuseable products so much worse though.

As a professional music producer I strongly advice against doing business with a company with such varying policies. I bought a software plug-in called Vocalizer Pro for a computer program from the company. The plug-in causes the program to crash without warning and is generally unstable- which a 200 dollar plug-in definitely should not be. I have sent several support requests of which the first one came back as an accusation of me using a pirated version of the plug-in as support claimed my serial number was false (the same serial number which I've used for earlier requests with no problem), although the company has my details and can easily verify my purchase. Since then I've approached the company two or three times to no end as they ignore my support requests (although I every time receive an e-mail confirmation of my support being handled).
The plug-in is now on a 75% discount, and I cannot but wonder if it is because it's so poorly programmed. I cannot say I'll ever buy anything from them and will certainly recommend other plug-ins for my music production students.
