Sosoftbeds レビュー

The quality isn’t the same as the better known bed shops. Im not too impressed - looks like a really cheap bed that won’t last long

Prompt delivery and assembly of good quality bed. Very pleased.

excellent experience, bed was delivered with no problems and Adam was very helpful in answering my questions around delivery and payment.

The whole process of ordering and delivery was straightforward and easy. Adam was very helpful when needed to arrange delivery and the courier who delivered the bed was also pleasant and helpful. The bed itself is excellent, if seems very well made and sturdy. Assembly was easy too. Would have no hesitation recommending this company.

I bought 2 extra deep beds. 1 with a headboard. They have changed my life! Sooo much storage that is so easy to access. Very well made & nice to look at too.
A few mis communications along the way but all were swiftly corrected & a goodwill discount too. Not the easiest to get through to on the phone but once you do they are very polite & knowledgeable about the products.
Great delivery service.
I was sceptical at first but don’t be - this company provide high quality beds. I couldn’t find one with deep storage anywhere else & being able to customise the beds was perfect as I needed legs on them due to my underfloor hearing.
Sosoft beds had so many options & I couldn’t be happier with the end product. Thank you.

I paid extra for bed to be put up but it wasn’t and I was lied to by the delivery men. I then paid a local odd job man to put the bed together and asked so soft beds to reimburse the amount they charged for assembly 3 times only to be ignored - shame because I would’ve rated higher if this had been sorted!!

Really happy with the product. From ordering online it took about 2 weeks for the bed to arrive just as the website said. Love the fabric, ordered the extra strong pistons which work well for our very heavy mattress. The storage is brill (I got the standard depth which had plenty of space without making the total bed height too high). Only reason for 4 stars is that communication wasn’t great and to be honest I wondered if I had been scammed. Plus I paid a deposit online and then got a email to say I have to pay the remainder in cash to the driver - that sounded very fishy. When I inquired they said they would also send a link to pay with a card. After a couple weeks and a few updates I got an invoice with a secure link to pay the balance. That seemed more legit to me but I was still skeptical until the bed arrived. But we love our ottoman bed and are really happy with the quality.

I had a great experience with sosoftbeds.co.uk. I placed the order and received confirmation plus acknowledgment of my deposit. The bed was built as specified and was delivered within a short time frame. The bed is really good quality and I am very happy with the service received.

So far my purchase and purchase journey have been great. They have been in contact with me from the time of purchase to after sales, and have always been very helpful.

Bed looks great and sturdy.

Unfortunately my experience with Sosoftbeds isn't a positive one. I needed a bed urgently and told them that i would only purchase the bed if they guarantee that it will be delivered on time. They confirmed that, as I didn't need a head board, it would be possible as long as I place the order straight away.
So i ordered a king size ottoman bed. The day before the due delivery I had not heard from the delivery company so I contacted Sosoft Beds. They are impossible to get hold of. The land-line does not get answered, you can't leave a message because their voicemail is full. I found a WhatsApp and a chat link and eventually got a call back hours later and was told sorry it won't be delivered tomorrow but will be delivered the day after between 8am and 10am.
Then I get a message trom the delivery company to say we just got your bed and we will contact you over the next 72hrs to arrange delivery. Not only the bed was delivered 5 days later than expected but it's faulty. There's a missing part and I can't bolt the piston to the bed. I sent them pictures of the issue, managed to speak to someone on the phone and I get sent the wrong part.
I have now contacted citizens advice and will follow up with the Ombudsman if need be.

The only place I could find with extra deep storage beds. Just as described, good quality and a nice finish

Construction of bed excellent. Good quality got price.
The delivery process needs some improvement. Better communication needed would have improved this.

The customer service agent called Adam was very helpful and guided me through the ordering process. He was calm, patient, friendly, and professional. To be honest it was because of his attention to detail that I decided to go with SOsoftbeds rather than another bed company. Thank you Marisa

First timer buying storage bases and I've been researching for about 1.5yrs on a good reliable bed company to buy from. These guys were brilliant. They delivered early (what a rarity!) so by 10am, I was putting items away to declutter the room.

Highly recommend these guys.

Great options for selecting the exact bed style and material you want, including a range of options for under bed storage. Even after purchase support was fantastic with any additional requests for help

Absolutely beautiful bed. So pleased with the style and storage perfect for my daughter.
Although wasn't 100% clear on when delivery was going to be. Exactly three weeks ordered until delivery, would have been helpful to have a bit more time to arrange collection for delivery. Instead of the day before.
Unfortunately, the Gas Pistons are seized and we could not get them to work. Need to contact company to send out a replacement.

Product was great and as ordered,no complaints about workmanship at all but delivery longer than stated on website and no email after the initial message to say it was with delivery warehouse to advise of delay. Communication avenues not great though to get in touch with So Soft beds for update, telephone number goes straight to voicemail but couldn't leave a message as the mailbox was already full, eventually found a WhatsApp link and contacted that way. Delivery guys were great though. Would give 4 and a half stars if possible, only communication that let it down slightly.

great customer service and amazing quality of materials and craftsmanship on the bed . We opted for a deeper storage solution definitely worth doing and paying extra for

We got an ottoman bed which is very nice and all as described. Pistons are hard, so my daughter (12 years old) who sleeps on the bed or my wife could not close it. It looks great, was manufactured and delivered within the timeframes stated on the website, delivery was great as well. The reason which I gave it 4 stars is lack of communication. After initial email that we have received your order there was nothing for couple of weeks. After 2 weeks I have emailed them and got no reply. However my wife called them few days after that, and they said that it has been manufactured and will be delivered in a few days which indeed all happened as they said and we got email just before the delivery. So improve order communication process and reply to emails and you will get 5 stars.

There was a fault with the bed but attempts to contact the company were met with silence. Eventually I had to go through a S75 claim with my credit card supplier to get the money back.
