That's better! So this is what you need to know. The Soundboks 4 is an incredible piece of engineering - there are videos of this thing being thrown down a staircase and still blaring out crystal clear high quality sound.
What you have to understand is that it's coming from a different direction to your average Bluetooth speaker - it's not some beefed up consumer gear, this is built to a pro standard (and a pro volume level). It's loud, punchy, and perfect for parties indoors and outdoors. Zero lag for DJs, full wireless SKAA support (which adds a tiny bit of lag, but not enough to worry about), and charging over USB-C. That means if you've got a decent power bank you've essentially already got a second battery.
The company are second to none when it comes to support - friendly, responsive, and obviously determined to take care of their customers. It gives me a huge amount of confidence that they'll be around to support the products in years to come (did I mention the 6 year warranty?)
Can't recommend highly enough. Buy one now. Buy two. Come round mine and have a party. You won't regret it.

Service aprÚs vente parfait
J'ai réussi à endommager ma soundbox 3 que j'avais acheté d'occasion sur LeBonCoin.
J'ai contacté le support Sounbox et, malgré le fait que je n'avais ni facture ni aucune preuve d'achat, il m'ont proposé de m'envoyer un pickup DHL pour récupérer l'enceinte chez moi et me faire un devis de réparation depuis leur atelier. Déjà , c'est classe.
Le livreur a perdu le colis.
AprÚs quelques échanges avec leur service client, Soundbox m'a dédommagé en m'envoyant une Soundbox 4 neuve.
Donc voilà , je veux dire à tout le monde, en plus de proposer des enceintes transportables, qualitatives, puissantes et robustes, leur attention à la satisfaction du client et leur service aprÚs vente sont juste incroyables!

Warranty - ehhh.. Camille - AMAZING
I want to specifically highlight Camille at SOUNDBOKS because her customer service was truly exceptional.
I have been with SOUNDBOKS since the very beginning as an original Kickstarter supporter, and over the years I have owned several speakers and dozens of batteries. Most of my batteries are from the older generation, which unfortunately are known to have more issues. While many of them still work, they are not nearly as reliable as the newer battery models. From everything I have seen and read, the newer batteries have had many of the early issues ironed out and appear to be a much better product. Putting some kind of recall on the older batteries would be legendary. If they were $50 batteries, then I could see just buying new ones; but not when they're $199. Making SOUNDBOKS come with a standard 5 year warranty across the board for repairs against defects would honestly make SB perfect. That is the bottom line here.
The challenge is cost. Replacing my entire fleet of older batteries with the newer models would cost several thousands of dollars, which is not an easy pill to swallow. On top of that, I also had a speakers fail just outside of the warranty period. Anyone familiar with these products knows they are a serious investment, so that part was definitely frustrating. I do still have one dead speaker that is out of warranty, and while that was disappointing, SOUNDBOKS was clear and fair about it and directed me to a trusted third party repair service. It is what it is. Its out of warranty.
Where this experience completely turned around was with Camille.
She was extremely in depth, transparent, and informative. She took the time to thoroughly review years of purchases, invoices, serial numbers, videos (a lot of them); and she explained their policies in a way that actually made sense. Communication can take SEVERAL days between responses at times, but when she replied, it was thoughtful, detailed, and showed genuine care and effort.
Even though I was technically out of warranty on several items, SOUNDBOKS still went above and beyond and sent me a few new batteries as a goodwill gesture, one of them arrived DOA; but they didn't have to send any. That was not something they were required to do, and it meant a lot, especially as a long time customer who has supported the brand since day one.
These products are powerful, but they are a serious investment. Long term users should stay organized and address issues early. That said, employees like Camille are the reason I still respect and stand behind this company. She handled a complicated situation with patience, honesty, and professionalism.
Camille is amazing, and she deserves real recognition for the level of service she provides. Thank you again, Camille. Your dedication to your craft and trying your best to achieve customer satisfaction does not go unnoticed.

Abysmal Customer Service
I would just like to relay that this company's customer service is abysmal. We have dealt with many different companies in the past, both domestic and international, and I think that this company has to be the worst that we have ever dealt with. We have several products from them between myself and the people that I work with, and I do not think that we will ever recommend them again to anyone else. My household/business will be selling our three Soundboks 4 speakers and purchasing the Stage One speakers just based on Customer Service alone.
Taking days, literally days, to get back to someone via email on something that could be handled by a 10 minute phone call is completely unacceptable. We were trying to order a product from them and it took a week longer than it needed to. Because of this, we will not be having our product from you in time for the event that we needed it for. This also caused a problem with a speaker that we already had from them because we needed help with a technical issue.
One of the reasons given as to why their Customer Service leaves so much to be desired is that they are based in the EU so thereâs a time change difference. As if no other companies are based in the EU and have customers!! I think that because they are selling a higher priced item in their market category, they would want to have exceptional customer service. Especially now that there are other options in the market directly competing with their top product line. Itâs not as if they're selling a $20 Bluetooth speaker that you can pick up at the local convenience store.

Their speakers are not suitable for reproducing spoken word via microphone feed. This is because the internal amp shuts down to standby mode after 10 seconds with no signal and when presented with an audio signal, the switch on time can lose the first word or so on a vocal announcement. This can be extremely embrrassing at a conference arena!

Hallo, ich habe jetzt schon mindestens 4 Jahre meine Soundboks 2. Ich bin Ìberaus zufrieden. Die Akkuleistung ist Immernoch Ìberragend. Der Klang wie am ersten Tag. Trotz das sie bei mir in der Werkstatt viel dreck und Staub ausgesetzt ist. Und auch am Wochenende die Nacht zum Tag machen Durfte. Ihr Preis ist hoch, aber gerechtfertigt. Wer Oberliga erwartet muss diese halt auch bezahlen. Aber enttÀuscht wird man nicht. Das einzige was ich mir fÌr die Zukunft wÌnschen wÌrde wÀre ein Ladekabel fÌr 12 v.

2 år og et par uger, det var hvad en hÞjtaler til 5100.- ku holde. Deres billige komponenter fra Kina kan ikke holde til en kold sommerdag, min hÞjtaler dÞde fra den ene dag til anden imens den har stået i min stue og spillet. Min gamle jbl fra 19 spiller stadig og koster 10 procent af en boks, så hvis i vil ha en ordentlig hÞjtaler så kÞb jbl.

Super god service. KÞbte via et tilbud hvor jeg skulle få et ekstra batteri med i Elgiganten men noget gik vist galt for sÊlgeren så ordren levede ikke op til kriterierne. Skrev til Soundboks og de var så sÞde både at kigge på det og sende det ekstra batteri!
