I’m talking about southeastern high speed.WHY IS IT CALLED A HIGH SPEED TRAIN WHEN IT DOESN’T EVEN REACH 140 MPH?AND IT HAS NO FIST CLASS .TRASH.

disruptions due to maintenance are posted on the website and app, but for those already travelling, they are left to figure out how to search for replacement buses. no clear guidance about replacements and if you miss a notice via the muffled announcement then you ate screwed.

Absolutely brilliant service. I was dreading having to catch the train to London hospital from Gillingham train station as I am partially sighted and in wheelchair. However the staff where extremely helpful and fully assisted me.

Station locked at 8.00am. No notice evident. Happens randomly all the time. Customer services not helpful
Suggested I go to nearest other station.

Very unhelpful staff. I was just in Canterbury west where one of the staff, Liam - seemed to be super happy to be rude and insulting. For a company that charges this much for train tickets, the least that can be offered is proper service.

Travelling to Canterbury today from Rochester had to change at Faversham, train was late arriving into Faversham by 7 minutes, the train to Canterbury only waited 2 minutes so we missed our connection and had to wait an hour for the next service. Absolute joke we get the 11.29 the display board is saying the train we are sat on is not in service! Then an announcement from the driver says we have to wait for the Ramsgate train 10 minutes for passengers to get this connection!! So why did our connection not wait for us!!! We asked a customer service attendant who said we could only wait 2 minutes we arrived 10.32 just 3 minutes late, he said "we can't hold up trains it's like saying how long is a piece of string " what an attitude and yet we have just waited 10 minutes....JOKE!!

Tried to get from Rochester to Canterbury today the 10.53 this train was late by 2 minutes had to change at Faversham for 10.29 service this train only waited 2 minutes NOW
HAVE TO WAIT 1 HOUR CUSTOMER'S

The only reliable thing about this company is how bad the service is. Don’t think I’ve ever experienced a train arrive on time - sometimes delays are for hours. Today when train arrived we couldn’t actually get on it as was so packed…several of us were left on the platform to wait for the next train in an hours time. At £45 for a single journey I feel like an idiot for considering using this transport option.
I don’t want to buy a car but the trains are so bad and so expensive I’m left with no option. It’s depressing.

Worst service in Europe. Dirty old trains and expensive tickets.

The train was delayed for 18 minutes after creating a Delay Repay case, it was refused with the reason train was delayed for less than 15 minutes, which is bollocks. Also, I had three tickets (for the whole family), they said each passenger should submit a separate claim, what mean my 11th years old child has to send a separate claim?? NONSENSE!!!

Firstly Im a regular traveller kent and Sussex.
There is ALWAYS an issue with this company with delays. Wrong heat, couple minutes of rain and it's flooded.
You would have thought after holding the country to ransom with their strikes and payrise they'd have got their act together. But no...some stations the staff are even more miserable after a payrise.
Margate , Sittingbourne, East Grinstead, London Bridge have to date had lovely, accommodating staff. Esp Margate
Southeastern get your act together you're pulling down the stations who actually are good!!

How about trash, everything about this company and its services prices and everything. Multiple consecutive weeks in a row there are delays and cancellations and inconveniences and you have to sign up for a crappy repayment refund which barely gives you 1-3 pounds if you are lucky when you have paid so much more. Then when its on time and the train is due to leave at 9:20 and you are on the platform running and screaming at 9:19 it departs and when you confront the conductor he looks at his watch waits until its 9:20 and said look it left on a scheduled time absolute scum of a human being no consideration of the customer

It’s poor. Trains are filthy. There always seem to be an issue-always running late.
They charge £40 to get to London before 10am which is madness as add a tube journey the other side means nearly £50 to get to work.
They can’t be using ‘dynamic pricing’ because the first 10am train is heaving (of course it is) and the price is the same reduced rate from 10am Onwards .. ? It’s just a hefty charge because commuters have no

Rarely use train but for hospital sometimes is necessary... the one going to London Bridge no aircon in this extreme heat ... returning air con worked ... my shout out is to Jo in charge on platforms 6 and 7 ... true legend very efficient friendly and so helpful!! Amazing employee!!

I would like to make a special mention to Paul who made it very easy to purchase a ticket with southeastern. It was the 950pm from Hastings.

Their staff all have different information to give - not accurate!! We had to change train and leave our bikes due to poor advice from their customer service. Would avoid if possible.

Truly shocking service. Absolute disaster.
We are at Sittingbourn trying to get to Whistable as they do not have a conductor. Its taken me already 4 hours to get here from Penge East as they are doing engineering works that were not finished overnight train after train was cancelled. We went from Penge East to North Bromley to get a train to Whistable. We were told there were no trains and to get off at Rochester so we did. When there we were at Rochester we were supposed to catch a train then to Whistable. When we arrived we told there were no trains from there to Whistable. So we must catch a train to GillingHam. From Gillingham get a bus to Sittibgbourne. The bus journey was horrific and we felt like cattle. I did not know where to go in the rush, fell down the steps and hurt myself. I have cancer and am not well.

We finally get to Sittingbourn and
Have been sitting here for 40 minutes on the train as they have no conductor. The condictor has to come by bus from God knows where. Rainham I believe.

This is sub standard service and third world stuff. Why not complimentary water or something? Few people knew what to do where to go and staff were hopeless. Now 4.5 hours for what should be less than an hour service. 5 hours from Forest Hill to Whistable.

Southeastern Railway gets zero stars from me. Shocking.. Truly shocking. Will be surprised if I ever arrive. The toilet on the train deserves a whole subject by itself. Dirty. A full refund is not enough I want compensation. Shockingly bad service by this company.

I’d rather walk to London

Always delayed, overpriced, dirty trains, rude staff.
When trains are delayed they do not tell you why. If you are sat on a delayed train and check the website, it will just say good service, even though you haven't moved for along time.
Really Poor, the worse train company I have every used.
