Good service as usual until my return. Your driver was still in the car park when I signalled to him that I wanted to be picked up and return to collect my car. He acknowledged me but refused to stop to pick me up and I had to wait 15 minutes in the cold until he returned.The coach was only half full.

Excellent service delivered by a team of friendly staff who are working their hardest to keep the standards up despite becoming busier and busier over the years. We hope you are able to secure a permanent drop off and pick up point that suits everyone including southend airport to whom you are clearly providing an excellent service to their customers also.

Easy efficient car parking, polite driver, pick up airport within 10 mins

This is the second time this year we have used your service and on both occasions have been very pleased with everything. I have also recommended you to several friends. Looking forward to next years holiday when we will certainly use you again.

Very good service - car waiting in the car park as flight late arriving on return. Did not even have to call as I spotted my car and the attendant as we walked into the car park. Very friendly chap I have seen before. Well done

We were very pleased with the service. Friendly cheerful staff no matter what time we fly. This is the second time we have used SACP. We actually live in Cardiff but fly from Southend because we visit family.

Review of purple parking (Southend)

⚠️ Avoid ⚠️
I parked my car at Purple Parking at Southend Airport booked through Holiday Extras. Long story short, when I collected my car they had broken the handle off my car and told me they had CCTV to show it “fell off on its own”. Who knew my humble fiat could defy physics! They didn’t apologise, they told me they didn’t have access to the CCTV evidence and sent me on my way with a complaint form. Following the repair costing £155 and my complaint form, the customer service at Purple Parking has been shocking, took a week to acknowledge my email, didn’t apologise, told me to google forums about fiats as “this is a common issue”, refused to reimburse me any of the repair costs, ignored my request to escalate the complaint and my request to see their complaints procedure, ignored my wider feedback about their customer service and so on. I had a similar response from Holiday Extras washing their hands of it.

Recommend you use the self park option
With other companies.

A good service but the driver could be a bit more cheerful

Excellent Meet & Greet service, polite and friendly staff and very prompt collection and return of my car. So easy and right outside the terminal.
Highly recommend.

My complaint was made NEXT DAY.
Purple Parking state:
"You actually made the complaint 5 days after you collected your car (not the next day as you mentioned)."
This is not correct, the complaint was made NEXT DAY. The car was collected at 00:30 Saturday 20th July. Following best business practice the complaint was sent as a signed letter, first-class Royal Mail to Purple Parking Southend with a copy to their head office. Computer timestamps show it was printed NEXT DAY - Sunday 21st at 09:23 and posted immediately afterwards. The next Royal Mail collection was 11:00 Monday 22nd. Purple Parking's "5 days" probably refers to when they received and read the letter.

Fast transfer from and to the carpark. Nice lady and the front desk. Cheapest you can find on the market. Worth every penny. Will definitely used again. 10 stars service. Thank you
