We have used South London Heating for many years - both for new boiler and radiator installation, and for regular servicing and maintenance. The firm is easy to get hold of and they provide a personal, helpful and efficient service. The work we have had done over the years by Mark and his team has been to a high standard and competitively priced.

Helpful from CS to appointment and throughout the service. The boiler/gas engineer was friendly, clear and easy to accompany whilst he checked my annual boiler service.

They also have an email- link payment service- super easy and fast to make payment!

Rob and Charlie were great. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and made sure not to let the cat out for which I was very grateful. Our house is noticeably warmer after the power flush.
I did a lot of research before choosing South London Heating and I’m so glad I went with this company- other companies charge by the day and not by the radiator but these guys have more straightforward pricing and get the job done. Would definitely use again.

Firstly, they installed our new boiler brilliantly and with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. First class service all the way. But recently I've had to call on South London Heating a few times as we are moving house and I needed to confirm some things for the new owners. They could not be more helpful and efficient. Excellent service as always!

Last year I was charged fifty four pounds for a boiler service but this year you charged me double the amount for the same work. Enough said.
Sorry for the above. I made a mistake in my figures.
Last year’s payment was two lots of fifty four pounds, that’s one hundred and eight pounds. They were very transparent in their costs. My error in not remembering, I blame my age ( I am eighty two. )

Polite and prompt service. It’s very encouraging that they value the customer experience and feedback.

South London Heating Limited were very professional, helpful and friendly. They were very good at contact by email and were clear about our options for how the boiler install could work. It wasn't the easiest job as the boiler was in an awkward place but they professionally got on with the job. They also talked us through how the boiler worked including setting me up on the Hive app.

I had a gas boiler service and maintenance yesterday. Really good customer service, and Jonathan the gas operative is polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. I liked that he’s the same person that did the inspection a year or two ago - so it was less like a stranger in my home! Highly recommend this service. Very professional. Only draw back is it’s not cheap. But I felt it was worth it.

Mark came on time and explained everything to us and our requirements. The engineer , think his name was Mat came in day of installation on time . He knew exactly what he was doing and once finished , he cleaned up and also took the old boiler away . Very happy with the service and will use them again . 10/10

As new homeowners, we didn’t know what to expect when getting a new boiler, but South London Heating completely exceeded our expectations. Our engineer arrived on time—actually early—to start prepping for the day's work. The time, care, and attention to detail they put into installing our boiler were truly impressive. They went above and beyond, not only with the installation but also by correcting poor pipework from previous setups. Once everything was installed, they took the time to explain everything to us clearly and left the space spotless. We couldn’t be happier with the service!

We always get great service from South London Heating and our boiler is still running brilliantly after 7 years. The engineer kindly looked at a radiator valve I was worried about and replaced it free of charge when it was found to be faulty, saving us a potentially expensive call out if it had failed completely. Thank you!
