Had a boiler completely crash, no pressure at all in winter. Very grateful to SLH for quick, efficient and reasonably-priced fix, the high standards I have become used to over 10 years of dealing with Mark, Kerrie and the gang

Excellent communication by the whole team at South London Heating company- very efficient with assessment/advice, boiler quote, and payments.
My allocated engineer Paul, did a great job- he was very neat and tidy in removing the old boiler upstairs and and installing a new one downstairs.
He left my home very clean and tidy and gave helpful advice about operating my new boiler.

The service (from obtaining the quote to installation) was really quick and efficient. The person who provided the quote was really knowledgable, so the recommended boiler met my needs. The quote was the most competitive received (from two others. They listened when I provided some feedback on how part of the service could be improved & made a change as a result.

Excellent service from all staff. It was very easy to arrange a quote and book the boiler installation. The Director, who provided the quote, was very polite and helpful. The two engineers who installed the boiler were friendly and professional. It was a lot of work for them to do in 2 days; they did a fantastic job. They kept me informed of when mains water and power would be turned off, and they involved me when a decision was needed. The Customer Care team afterwards was also extremely helpful and quick to respond. All in all, fantastic service from all staff and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Our engineer arrived on time was very quick in his diagnosis of the intermittent issue we had with our boiler. Completed the service, was informative as he worked through the service

South London Heating installed all the radiators in my house. Their office was very helpful, prices were reasonable and the fitters were friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

It was easy to book an appointment, the guy immediately put on overshoes when he arrived, and he was happy to answer questions whilst he was here.

From the point of making the initial enquiry to the actual installation of my new gas boiler, I found South London Heating excellent and professional. Timely responses to email, informative when asking questions, and great customer service throughout. Installation of my new boiler was efficient, clean and quick. I was also pleasantly surprised when I received an email after installation for them to book in a quality inspection of the work. I would recommend and plan to use them in future. Very happy with the service and outcome received.

We used South London heating previously to install a new boiler and Mark did an excellent job.
This week we had two new radiators moved and installed. George fitted them, his diligence and attention to detail was impressive. He went out of his way to make sure he’d done the best job and that we were happy.
I can’t recommend Mark, George and South London Heating enough.
It’s good to see tradesmen that actually care.

After the main job (replacing all the radiators) was completed (efficiently and to time) a secondary issue arose which a prompt visit immediately and correctly identified, and, once the part had been obtained, fixed to our timescale.

After our builder drilled through a gas pipe that wasn't supposed to be in the ground, we were left without gas and an unplanned project on our hands. Unlike other companies, South London Heating was quick to respond and the Director Mark was very reassuring, and booked an engineer for us two days after. Considering the project, I felt that the quote was reasonable and the engineers went above and beyond by connecting my condense pipe to a drain and also coming back the next day to check for gas leaks when I felt that there was a faint smell of gas in the air. Now I feel reassured that our gas is installed correctly and by professionals from the Gas Safe register.

Great communication, polite and super service. Would highly recommend and would use them again.

The whole process, from the initial enquiry and survey, throughout installation and post installation inspection, was professional, friendly and seamless.
Each member of team was knowledgeable. The job was done quickly, the area of installation was tidied up upon completion. Our property has been treated with due care and respect. There wasn’t much inconvenience.

Upon me calling after a boiler flue leak, Mark came to inspect on the same day and send me immediately quote which was considerably more competitive than other local companies. Extremely communicative and kind, the engineers arrived the next day as promised and did the job quickly and neatly, accommodating all of our special requests.

Oh Wow! I'm always weary when contractors enter my property but this is simply a shining example of how the experience should be. I had a full boiler installation. Talking out my incredibly old, rattling beast and inserting a swanky new combi system. I was told they would need 2 days, but on the first day the engineer couldn't make it so on the 2nd day, they came in force. Starting before 8am and to my amazement, they were finished by 2pm. unreal! Especially when dealing with an antiquated piping system. The guys were clean, respectful and even didn't take up a single offer of tea or coffee. They were on a mission. They cleaned up afterwards and disposed of all the old parts. Worth every single penny and i'm chuffed to bits. Thanks so much.

South London Heating’s team of field engineers and in the office are awesome- from their speedy response to job quotes, to the quality of their work and commitment to doing a job well, through to the slick online invoice payment system, we’re really pleased we opted to use these guys as a local firm.
They recently completed a boiler replacement and heating system rebalance, and install of a new radiator and valve replacement. Jobs large and small; completed to an excellent finish by the team- with super fair and transparent pricing.
If you’re considering whether to go with a large, online boiler quote+fit service, but live in an area served by SLH, go SLH for sure.
They are all also really knowledgeable, and responsive. When our boiler failed first thing in the morning, I had a video call from the Director within 15 mins, 3 quote options generated within 30, and an appointment booked for the next working day within an hour. Thanks to Kerrie and the team!
