After trying to sell my house with a high street agent, I thought I would give South Manchester Homes a go. I am so pleased I did. The fixed fee was an obvious plus point, but the service was so much better too. Jonathan was excellent. He was very straight forward about everything and would regularly phone to keep me updated or just check everything was okay. I particularly like the fact that you have 24:7 access with information about the level of interest in our property I felt confident in his advise and am now Sold STC. I have already recommended South Manchester Homes to someone else and my experience so far has been very positive.

The set fee of £1,500 really helped me plan my finances for the move and there where no hidden costs. Such a better black and white approach instead of percentage fees dependent on sold price. We had an excellent experience renting a house in Didsbury using South Manchester Homes. Emma was very professional, attentive, honest and friendly. She did an excellent job explaining all the processes and kept us very well informed. Brilliant customer service.

We decided to rent our house with South Manchester Homes as the conventional letting agent fees were so much higher. We were able to book a valuation appointment online and Jonathan came to visit us the next day. He immediately put us as ease and talked us through the whole process. We didn’t feel under any pressure but agreed to proceed. Jonathan took photos the same day and really made an effort to get the best possible pictures. The advert went live the same day and we had viewings booked within a couple of days. Jonathan carried out the viewings and was very knowledgeable about our home and local amenities. He is professional and friendly and always at the end of the phone when we needed him. We accepted an offer on our home just a week of it being up to let. Once all the references had been carried out the tenants moved in without any complications. The online landlord platform was one of the reasons why I chose the agency as I have access to my property files such as feedback from past viewings, maintenance issues and rental statements at any time of the day. Overall it has been a positive experience and the fees are fair.
