Such great information. Very helpful!

I started looking into moving to Spain in early 2025. I was lucky to find the SpainGuru.es website and it is the reason we are moving to Spain soon. Bruno is a wonderful, kind person who continually gives out loads of useful information for free. I go to Spainguru.es and the facebook group on a daily basis. I also have listened to every one of his NLV presentations in the past year and each time I learn something new. There is so much information you need to know in order to determine if Spain is right for you, then to plan where you want to go, then when you want to go, then to start putting all the pieces together. I used his planning tools, his resources and all the first hand information. For instance, the San Francisco Consulate and BLS instructions say to bring a money order or $151. It is not $151 - it is $153. I used his referrals to a tax attorney, to Monument Visa Service to speed up our FBI Apostille, and sworn translator Alba Fernandez. They were all wonderful to work with. I would have loved to use his contact Carlos Blanco for my private health insurance, because getting an insurance company to move out your start date is invaluable, but Carlos doesn’t cover the Bilbao area where I am moving. All in all a wonderful experience over a long period of time.

When I began the process of getting my NL V for Spain, I found a lot of different resources online, but I happened upon Spainguru and I am glad I did. From the free online seminars to the fast response to my individual questions I can’t say enough about what a fantastic organization Bruno has put together. There is so much information and even when somethings seemed contradictory a quick question to Bruno cleared things up right away. Use this resource if you’re considering the move to Spain you won’t regret it.

As an expat, I scoured the internet and youtube videos for all pertinent information prior to my move. Bruno from Spainguru was one of my key sources in applying for the non lucrative visa. He always updates his information as well so you are guaranteed pretty much the latest information. Now that I have been in Madrid for almost a year, there are still many requirements needed for my wife and I as far as complying with laws of Spain, from empadronamientos, Modelo 720, filing as a tax resident, filing taxes. Spainguru also lists all the resources/experts you require. Thanks Bruno for what you do. Much appreciated!
