I Honestly, it’s been a great way to build stronger customer relationships and bring in more repeat business. I was surprised to read many of these reviews.
I note that many of them don't list a company, or name, so I'm not sure how credible they are.

Premonition is the World's largest litigation database.
We have purchased lawyer contact lists from over a dozen sources.
Most have low match rates, poor deliverability, etc.
We have dashboards to track all those factors.
Span scores at the top on quality, so we've used them consistently for both new lists and updating old ones(lawyers change firms frequently.)

Travis, our account representative, is responsive to the point of being slightly annoying.
They frequently send us gift baskets and have been good to deal with.
They are one of the more expensive providers, but you get what you pay for.
They've never been on time for the promised delivery dates, but have never been more than a week late.

I recommend them and would use them again.

They are clearly trying to write reviews so their ratings go up.

I can assure you, it’s a scam. Every single one of the emails was fake and they never replied to their emails once they have your money.

Data quality issues with our parameters not met. Despite offering a guarantee against the data quality, they fail to reply and provide any support once the data has been sold and shipped.

It's one thing to have data quality issues, but it's unforgiveable to simply ignore a customer and fail to uphold a guarantee.

We have agreed on receiving a data set completed with these guys. We have provided 1800 contacts and we were supposed to get them completed.

I am sure none of us want to miss out on business opportunities. But if you are still using your old customer's database then you will lose a lot of sales leads. If you are not ready to buy a new marketing database then get your existing through span Global Services spending services like email appending, phone appending, data appending etc.

I assure you they will provide current contact information of your targeted customers. If you want to increase your sales leads, then get your data appended by then now.

Should've trusted our gut. Do not buy data from this company. We spent £1k on 10,000 contacts on a pilot. It seemed a little off, but we thought we would roll the dice. Very good support until they delivered the list - then they just stop responding to emails or calls. The data was very, very bad (wrong people, made up job titles, bad emails, bad phone numbers). Stay clear.
