Phone service was excellent but when I arrive at storage facility there was nothing available and did not have that size storage at there facility. I was quoted a 15 foot by 38 foot enclosed storage unit for my boat for $90 a month plus a one time administrator fee of $29.99 charge. That did not exist at miduard storage in augusta ga off gordon hwy. Terrible experience

The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was great speaking with someone who was patient in telling about options and not rude rushing me about it.

The service rep was very helpful. He found the storage facility that was closest to where I wanted to be. He gave me all the information that I needed and really made the whole process super easy. He was able to book my short term rental and I was done the whole process in five minutes. Two thumbs up!

I was lied to.

I asked before starting the reservation if I would be able to park a trailer I had planned on purchasing that day (a Saturday) if I needed a title or proof or registration in hand, as the DMV was not open for me to get it. They said a Bill of Sale would be good for the initial week. Afterwards they sat on the phone while I finalized registration, and then told me that I would not get a gate code from the facility until after I provided proof of insurance. FINE, I called my insurance company, got insurance, and then went up to the facility I was renting from. They told me that they had told the person from Sparefoot that I would NEED registration and/or title in my name, and a Bill of Sale would NOT be sufficient for any amount of time. The ONE AND ONLY thing I had asked about, I was completely lied to about.

Easy to book and reserve. Easy to complete the registration with a friendly agent on the phone. When your contract is signed, move in.

I was referred to Sparefoot by a storage facility, because I was looking for discounts or promotions on a 5x5 unit, and a storage facility that was near my home. Sparefoot was able to help me find the nearest storage facility from my home and a 4x5 storage unit at a great price. Great customer service. Thank you Sparefoot.

I did NOT reserve any space yet...I just called to inquire.
I had continuous emails from Squarefoot and CSI Storage both confused and this feels like confusion snd lack of communication.
