From the first point of contact Eliot was clear and honest and I felt I was very fairly treated. The standard of the car was second to none and I came away feeling very satisfied. Good backroom team as well doing a first class job. Full marks and I would use again.

I was passing Specialist Vehicles and noticed a Car that intrested me. I was a shown the Car by Elliot, it was a beautiful vehicle but I was not sure if I was really going to buy. After 3 more visits over a month I decided to buy.
Elliot was a great salesperson. There was no hard sell, and everything was made clear to me. the Team prepped the Car really well and I opted for ceramic coating and 12 mont extended Warrantee. All in all a pleasant experience and a very pleasant team

Always worrying buying a new expensive car but Elliot was absolutely spot on and transparent from start to finish, had a couple minor issues which were sorted instantly! Everything they promised or said they'd do they did, even let me test drive with the dog to make sure he fit too. We had been looking to purchase a used Macan for a while, but never seemed to find the right price/colour/mileage combination.

We were delighted when we found that Specialist vehicles had what we were looking for. However, living in Kent a trip just to view was not feasible. Accordingly, we were totally reliant on Elliot's description, photos and assurances. Having committed to purchase, Elliot kept us closely informed through the whole process.

On arrival in Plympton to collect the car we were not disappointed and the car was exactly as described.

The whole experience was positive with an attractive part exchange for our Mercedes and hassle free settlement of the outstanding PCP.

We would have no hesitation buying from Specialist vehicles again.
