Although it was fast shipping, they sent me the wrong product. When I emailed back and forth with customer service, they offered me first a $3 discount and then a $5 discount. All I'm asking for is the proper product. In this case it was a wallet that was supposed to have a money clip. The money clip was missing.

Fast shipping, hard to trust some sites with expensive products, they re legit and great

4-30-25-I emailed that I received my order of 9 mini maglites M2A01H and 1 of them is not in the original packaging. I am reselling these items and cannot use this unit. Happily, I was told that I should never have received a flashlight out of the original packaging and I was issued a credit. I would definitely order from Specialized Products Company again.

At no point in the ordering process, was I notified that some of my items were on backorder! Sorry, but, in 2024, this is an unforgivable sin!

Some of the items in my order were NEEDED for a job, the following week, and, if I'd known they were on backorder, I would've purchased elsewhere!

I ordered 2 portable solar panels and some cabling. Since we are going thru a pandemic and we travel full time, we weren't sure how long we'd be at the campground we are in and if we'd get it in time. I emailed Billie and she assured me as soon as the credit card charge cleared they would ship it. And they did. Very grateful they're still working and getting things shipped out.
