Gym Monster 2 was my best purchase of 2025. Transformed the way I exercise. I love the guided programs. Although I'm not new to lifting weights, the programs do push me. Also loving how I can link my Apple watch to the machine so that I can monitor my heart rate. Another plus is that it saves so much space; just fold up the base when not in use.

I have been using the Speediance Gym Monster for over two years now and it has made me so much more consistent at working out. I like that I can create a custom workouts. It just guides me through the steps each day so that I can just listen to podcasts while the machine does all the thinking. And, the customer support has been amazing!

I love my speediance gym. It's compact versatile and has all the workouts I need whenever I need it. I love that it has wellness program and also lots of training exercises to choose from. I highly recommend it to anyone.

The order process and support after the purchase has been fantastic

I don't think I've ever had higher quality customer service than I received from Andrew at Speediance. He worked tirelessly with me to solve the problem, not with the actual Gym Monster but with its return (I only returned it because my husband who has MS and major mobility issues and fine motor skill issues, was not able to use it). Andrew remained in constant contact with me from beginning to end and expedited the refund process. I am so grateful to him.

I’ve been using Speediance GM2 for 8 months now and my experience with it has been nothing short of fantastic. Sehr wertiges Produkt das äußerst stabil ist.
Es macht viel Spaß damit zu trainieren, da man nahezu jede erdenkliche Übung damit einfach umsetzen kann. Sehr praktisch ist es, dass man die Gewichte bzw. Den Zug des Motors während des Trainings einfach erhöhen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich habe am 10. Januar (Samstag) online bestellt und bereits am 14. Januar wurde mein GymMonster inklusive Rudergerät per Schenker geliefert. Die Lieferung war extrem schnell und völlig problemlos – wirklich top!

Nach meiner Bestellung hatte ich noch ein paar Fragen und habe einen Chat mit Andrew gestartet. Ich habe innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine freundliche und kompetente Antwort erhalten. Der Kundenservice war wirklich vorbildlich.

Nun zum Gerät:
Ich habe mich für das GymMonster 1 entschieden und bin absolut begeistert. Ich habe jahrelang im Fitnessstudio Krafttraining gemacht, aber durch Corona, Bequemlichkeit und Zeitmangel bin ich irgendwann nicht mehr gegangen.

Mit dem GymMonster kann ich jetzt alle wichtigen Muskelgruppen effektiv zu Hause trainieren. Das Gerät steht bei mir im Wohnzimmer – und genau das macht den Unterschied. Ich werde täglich daran erinnert, etwas zu tun. Und ich tue es auch! Um 21 Uhr wäre ich niemals mehr ins Fitnessstudio gefahren. Zu Hause ist das Training dagegen überhaupt kein Problem.

Zusätzlich habe ich das Wellness+ Abo abgeschlossen und finde es sehr sinnvoll. Ich bekomme regelmäßig neue Übungsvorschläge, lerne das Gerät besser kennen und werde Schritt für Schritt wieder an strukturiertes Training herangeführt. Gerade für „Wiedereinsteiger“ ist das ideal.

Fazit:
Bisher rundum zufrieden – vom Bestellprozess über den Service bis hin zum Trainingserlebnis. Klare Empfehlung! 💪

I'd like to share my experience with the Speediance GymMonster 2 and its support.

I've had my Gym Monster 2 for several months now and I really enjoy training with it. It's a lot of fun and very space-saving. The exercises are explained brilliantly on the screen, and you can see the results on your body!

Speediance's support is world-class. I've rarely experienced better support. I'd especially like to commend Andrew, who helped me very quickly, immediately, and to the highest degree. He's very professional and customer-oriented. Thank you, Andrew!

All in all, I would buy the machine again in a heartbeat, and I can't praise the support enough.

When the machine is working well, it is quite good. But when it fails, or when forced system upgrades reduce my ability to use functions I depend on, then the machine is a frustrating hunk of wasted space and money. On top of this, the customer service has never been good. And the system requires a very fast internet connection, which I do not always have, to use some of the features.
I mostly use the machine in Freelift mode, which requires very little from my internet. As stated. When it works, this is mostly good. But a recent upgrade significantly changed this user interface to make many of its features much harder to use, which has the effect of badly interrupting the workout. In addition, the same upgrade knocked out the machine's ability to consistently recognize its own Bluetooth ring for weight adjustment, which all but kills most of my workouts. Tech support is not helpful with this. They indicated the interface issues might be fixed on the next update, and they had no useful suggestions for the ring problem (on top of which, annoyingly, they were totally unapologetic.)
In short, I'm not asking much from this machine. I've spent a great deal of money, and what I hoped for was something with a range of motions and a consistent ability to use them. The capacity is in the machine for wide ranging motions, but gaining access to them has been frustrating, inconsistent, and at times impossible. I'm so sad that I spent so much to buy this thing.

I have had my Gym Monster for about a year and half now and I have to say it is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I am over 50 and was dealing with some weight issues so decided to give it a try. I have dropped a considerable amount of weight and feel great. The exercises are great and easy to follow.

I have only ever had one minor issue with the product and I think it was just natural wear not exactly sure. But I got on a chat with support on Speediance’s website and they took care of everything for me. Amy is awesome!!!

Again love the product and I am never gonna stop using it.

26.02.2026 – Update: Nachdem ich mich gestern beschwert habe, hat sich heute gleich jemand zwecks Kebelsendung bei mir gemeldet. Die Verzögerung liege, so wurde mir erklärt, am chinesischen Neujahr. Ich melde mich erneut, wenn das Kabel bei mir eingetroffen ist.

25.02.2026: Ich bin seit eineinhalb Jahren intensiver Speediance-Nutzer und eigentlich sehr von dem „Gym-Monster 2” und der dazugehörigen Software überzeugt. Auch hatte ich bereits zwei Reklamationen bezüglich des Rudergeräts, die nach anfänglichen Problemen sehr zufriedenstellend gelöst wurden. Ich nutze das Gerät täglich für Rudern und Krafttraining. Beim Rudern ist mir ein Kabel gerissen (zum Glück nicht beim Krafttraining).
Ja, das Kabel ist ein Verschleißteil und es gibt sogar Anzeigen und Wartungsvideos dazu. Das Kabel wies noch keine optischen Verschleißerscheinungen auf, und das System hat mir einen „mittleren” Zustand des Kabels angezeigt. Auch das kann passieren. Was jedoch nicht passieren kann, ist, dass ich keine Antwort auf meine E-Mail an Speediance erhalte und meine einzige Trainingsmöglichkeit nicht mehr benutzen kann.

1 year review of my GM2. Solid machine with a vibrant online community. Workout with no monthly membership unless you want an AI to plan for you. Tons of programs and constant innovation without a paywall. Support is quick to respond to issues that the online community can't help with. After about six months of use, my wife and son now work out with me as well. Partner mode keeps track of each person and changes the weight automatically. Overall it takes away the excuses and makes working out easy and (gasp) fun.

Ich habe -zum Glück- nie gekauft, aber auch meine Erfahrungen gemacht. Erstens: unseriöse Angebote über Whatsapp, man kann 500 € sparen, muss dann aber direkt nach China überweisen. Es gibt keinen Zahlungslink, kein PayPal - Überweisung nach China? Bei den hier stehenden Bewertungen? Na klar - das Geld ist dann weg, und dein Recht auch! Zweitens: die Websites haben alle völlig unterschiedliche "Rabattaktionen" - mein Lieferland war auf eu.speediance.com nicht sichtbar, aber auf speediance.eu - dafür gab es dort jedoch nicht die "Valentinsangebote" sowie die Möglichkeit, 5% zu sparen. Ständig hängt sich der Webshop auf. Der Whatsapp Support ist eine KI, die einem nach Lust und Laune auf Deutsch oder spanisch antwortet. Kommt mir alles spanisch vor! Nachdem es alles immer unseriöser wurde, habe ich hier die ganzen Bewertungen gefunden, dass überall kein Zubehör geliefert wurde und kein Support vorhanden ist. Daher: lasse ich meine Finger weg von Speediance und freue mich, dass mein Bauchgefühl sich bestätigt hat. Es wird bald einen anderen Konkurrenten mit Sicherheit geben, der den europäischen Markt deutlich besser abdeckt, als die Chinesen selbst.

I had originally had a motion space resistance work out
system and it would only let you do a few exercises,so I saw the gym monster online and just took a chance and man am I glad I did,I have used it 3 times this week and am very impressed with how it works,and it is like having a personal trainer there with you as you work out,can not wait to see the results t get in a year from now

We have our gym monster since 2023 and love it. We used to be avid gym goers but with kids it became almost impossible for both my husband and I to go but with the gym monster we can both use it and never sacrifice our time with our kids! We’ve already had two friends purpose one because of how much we rave about it!
