I have had my gym monster 2s since November 2025 and have loved how easy it is to work with and how compact it is. It has made me want to work out consistently and has been completely worth it. Customer service has also been extremely fast to respond and easy to work with. I highly recommend the gym monster platform!

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the customer service from Speediance. My order got delivered super fast (only 2 days). They have been fast, very friendly and helpful in the enquiries I had. Keep it up! That’s the kind of service that customers appreciate.

After doing a fair amount of research comparing the 2nd Gen Speediance Gym Monster 2 Family Plus and Tonal, I happily decided to go with Speediance for the following reasons:

The Rower Attachment: This was the biggest selling point for me. I’ve really wanted a rower, and having that integrated option sealed the deal (not available with Tonal)

Free-Standing Design: I have a specific spot for the gym at home and didn't want to deal the hassle of wall-mounting.

Customer Service: The support team is phenomenal. I worked with Andrew, who responded to my initial email within a couple of hours. He helped me finalize the order, answered all my questions about accessories, and even offered an unprompted discount code. It was a 10/10 interaction. A few accessories were on backorder and were not delivered along with the GM2 and I reached out to Andrew to check on their status; Andrew tracked down the status and followed up with my promptly. I've been super impressed by the customer service.

Delivery & Setup: I opted for the White Glove service because my gym is on the second floor. Two people arrived, moved the machine upstairs, set it up very quickly, and took away all the packaging to throw away. It was totally easy and stress-free.

The Workouts: The built-in programs are a great starting point, but I’ve found the machine to be very versatile. I’ve actually been using AI (Gemini and ChatGPT) to create custom workout plans based on the movements available on the Speediance (but that seems like a lot of work for me right now, but i like having that option)

Overall, I'm super happy with the purchase and looking forward to staying motivated with the Speediance Facebook community!

Buying the speediance Gym Monster 2 has really been the best decision of my life. Having this in your house give you the freedom to work out any time you like. Workouts come with clear instructions and an on screen personal trainer, and the possibilities are endless. You don't need a subscription to work out, although I find the wellness+ AI program really good if you have little or no experience with weightlifting and general fitness training. Quality is very good (i've had mine for 6 months now without issues), and the support from the community and speediance team are really amazing. Thanks for helping me become a better me!

This is the best gift ever to my home and family, I been working at gym for more then 3 years and make the change to monster gym 2 make me have some doubts cos in my mind it’s impossible that machine don’t make me miss the gym but was totally wrong… easy to use, track your data and is very nice to have a complete gym at home (the complete set take few square meters), take just 2 weeks to arrive, the post sales and costumers service are really good.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Speediance is truly an amazing machine!
It takes up so little space, yet offers everything I need for a complete workout. It reminds me every day how my training sessions have become not just exercise, but something I genuinely enjoy. I would absolutely make this purchase again without a doubt.

I also have to mention the customer support — they’re fantastic! The help desk team responds to every message quickly and makes using the machine effortless on a daily basis.

The machine comes with so many attachments and features that I’ve completely replaced all my previous equipment and gained a lot more space. My workouts are now more effective and a lot more fun!

I am recovering from breast cancer chemotherapy and radiation and needed to build back some strength. The Gym Monster lets me workout at my own pace and in the privacy of my home. It is easy to set up and comes with any extras needed. I absolutely love this machine and have found the company to be the best at customer service I have ever dealt with. I give them 5 stars but they deserve many more!

Commentaire après 6 mois d'utilisation quotidienne du GM2, je dois dire que c'est un appareil fabuleux. Je ne pourrais plus m'en passer. 1/2 Hr à 1 Hr d'exercices par jour en suivant des programmes.
Aucun problème de qualité, de bug ou de casse jusqu'à présent.
Mes commentaires ci-dessous restent valables, la machines est riche en paramètres et en possibilités et il aurait été utile d'avoir un tutoriel disponible directement sur l'écran de la machine (au lieu d'aller sur YouTube).

Commentaires après quelques jours d'utilisation :
C'est vraiment pas mal et il y a clairement une volonté de qualité qui va de l'emballage du produit à sa structure. Tout est très bien pensé et semble robuste. Les possibilités sont innombrables avec beaucoup de réglages possible dans la dynamique d'un exercice . C'est ludique et donne envie d'en faire plus et souvent.
Je regrette cependant 3 choses :
1) Le montage des accessoires n’est pas toujours bien expliqué, les notices, quand elles existent, sont succinctes.
2) L'interface utilisateurs l'écran principal est un fouillis, trop de choses, trop de mesures, etc. L'avantage c'est que c'est complet mais quand on est pas habitué à l'appareil ben on se demande à quoi sert tout ça. Il y a une avalanche d'information et difficile de faire le tri.
3) Il y aurait pu y avoir un tutoriel en ligne, sur un si bel écran de l'appareil, des vidéos ou de l’AI pour introduire les fonctions de base et donner les premiers conseils concernant l'utilisation de l’appareil et des accessoires. C'est la base...

Bei anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten (Order Processing am 08.11.25 bis Fertig verpackt zum Abholen bereit innerhalb von 2 Tagen) wo nichts mehr passierte, habe ich beim hello(at)speediance.eu nachgefragt. Am Anfang wurde ich mit Falschinfos vertröstet, bekam aber immer eine Antwort. Das Gerät war eigentlich noch gar nicht auf Lager und musste zuerst besorgt werden. Am 24.11.25 bekam ich dann nach mehreren Mails die Antwort, dass es die Woche verschickt wird. Das war dann tatsächlich so und wurde am 27.11.25 verschickt. 4 Arbeitstage danach hat DHL bei mich nach Hause geliefert. Ohne Probleme und gut verpackt. Das Gerät ist super :).

Ik heb de Speediance GymMonster 2 sinds maart 2025. Het is echt een geweldig apparaat! Ik heb een zittend beroep en word een dagje ouder; dus was op zoek naar een laagdrempelige oplossing om mijn lichaam te onderhouden en fit te worden. Na een paar weken was ik zo gewend om lekker bezig te gaan, dat ik nu gemiddeld 4 dagen per week gebruik maak van de Speediance. De oefeningen worden super goed uitgelegd en de mogelijkheden zijn enorm. Ik kan me geen oefeningen bedenken uit een sportschool, die je niet met de Speediance kunt doen. Hij houdt je voortgang bij; dus ik zie bij welke oefening ik progressie maak. Ook worden er challenges gehouden, waarbij je wordt gemotiveerd om de Speediance te gebruiken.
De community is ook heel leuk. Via social media worden onderling berichten gestuurd op een fijne positieve manier.
Het is geen verkooppraatje, maar ben echt heel blij met mijn Speediance GymMonster 2 .

I bought the Gym Monster 2 around 3 months ago. I am 49 years old now. For me, went to the gym wasn't as convenient as before as I am busy with my job shifts. So, having Gym Monster 2 is a great decision, as I can do workouts anytime at home. This flexibility is the main point of my choice to buy Gym Monster 2. The quality is also great. No issues so far.

Das Gerät ist gut. Allerdings sind die Preis für das Gerät und vor allem für das Zubehör völlig überzogen. Die Lieferung erfolgte 2 Wochen verspätet und ohne Zubehör, so dass ich das Gerät wochenlang nicht richtig benutzen konnte.
Der Kundenservice hat mir mehrfach die Lieferung versprochen... angekommen ist nichts. Erst als ich den PayPal-Käuferschutz eingeschaltet habe erfolgte endlich die kommentarlose Lieferung durch eine Spedition ohne vorherige Ankündigung. Es war Zufall, dass die Lieferung angenommen werden konnte.
Ich warte seit mehr als 5 Monaten auf eine Entschädigung, die mir angeboten wurde.
Wer viel zu viel Geld hat und sich sicher ist, dass er den Kundenservice nicht braucht der sollte hier bestellen...

Very happy with my Gym Monster 2 and my experience with Speediance. I have never been this consistent with any exercise in my lifetime but the equipment, video training, and community surrounding the company keep me engaged and accountable. The learning curve is a bit steep and I do wish there were some more tutorials provided but the equipment is solid and the company is responsive to feedback. The company offers challenges and contests that keep things interesting and fun.

Ein super Gerät, wenn man sich daran gewöhnt hat.
Nach einem Ausfall hat der Support innerhalb von nur 4 Tagen den Bildschirm getauscht- da kann sich so manches unternehmen aus Deutschland ein Beispiel dran nehmen.

Bis jetzt ein tolles Gerät. Alles sehr intuitiv und das Gerät wirkt ungemein hochwertig. Außerdem gibt es dauernd Updates, um das Produkt noch besser zu machen und weiterzuentwickeln.

Die Bestellung und Lieferung erfolgte ohne Probleme.
Bei Fragen und eventuellen Mängeln reagiert der Kundenservice schnell und lösungsorientiert.
