I wouldn’t want ta take all four photos…
I wouldn’t want ta take all four photos again. At some point I wanted to save one photo and take three new, but it didn’t work. Otherwise it was good.

Billedet blev aldrig udprintet fra maskinen og blev aldrig sendt på mail.
Kontaktede kundeservice som ikke ønskede at give refusion. Det er fup og jeg anbefaler ikke at man bruger deres fotoboks.

Trevligt kundtjänst bemötande. Mina bilder ville inte komma fram på mailen efter att jag skrivit in min adress när jag tog mina bilder i fotoautomaten. Kundtjänst skickade dom igen men dom kom fortfarande inte fram. Till slut bifogades bilderna i kundtjänstens mail och då fick jag dom.
Så tack så mycket speed photo för att ni inte gav upp och löste problemet åt mig. :)

Praktisk og rask service, men jeg ble ikke helt fornøyd med lyssettingen. Bildene mine ble veldig mørke og så ikke ut som meg i virkeligheten. Jeg vet ikke om lyset kunne justeres, men dette bør forbedres. Derfor gir jeg 3 stjerner.

There was an error (I think i entered the wrong email address for the digital photos). I contacted customer service and they had found my picture and sent them on to me. All within an hour.

The instructions are easy to follow
The instructions are easy to follow, and the printing is fast and good quality. I also like the option to receive the files in email.
The only thing that could probably be improved is the picture quality. It us not too bad, but I think there is room for improvement.

Didn’t get the pictures by email
My goal was to take 5X5 pictures for passport. I paid extra to get it digitally but didn’t receive the email. The printed pictures come all together in a piece of paper, if I went specifically to take pictures for an ID why would I want them all together in a big sheet?
Hope they answer my email and send me the digital picture I paid for…

Om det blir problem, vilket det blev för mig, så har de Sveriges trevligaste support som löste problemet! Tack!

Do not use this photo company for passport photos or photos for drivers licenses. Their photos does not live up to standard measurements.
