Outstanding service!! Couldn’t believe how good Speedshift are, never had to arrange collection/delivery before and it was so straight forward I kept thinking I was doing something wrong. Especially when the price was generated, wow value for money an under statement. Fantastic start to finish and couldn’t recommend enough

Service was great, was kept informed and all went well. The problem, however, was that my item was slightly longer than one pallet and so was charged for two. But when the driver delivered the item, it was only on one pallet and not two. I questioned the driver who thought it odd to be charged for two as did I.

After 2 failed attempts with a different pallet carrier (the yellow guys), I booked speedshift on a Thursday evening. I received a call the following morning from the very friendly staff at Speedshift outlining the details of the collection booked in for Monday. My colleague at the collection point received the same call. I was happy with the thoroughness of their process and the collection and delivery went as planned. Will definitely use again.

Amazing service, really impressed with the communication and the speed of logistics, they answered all questions I required clarification on and a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

We had sold a large fuel boiler. We had to get it delivered from Wiltshire to Leeds .I had no idea where to begin ! I got a very reasonable quote from Speedshift. I was in contact with Evie, she was brilliant. Evie answered my many queries. The boiler was collected on Tuesday morning and delivered by Wednesday morning. Everyone I spoke to was so kind and helpful. I will happily recommend Speedshift 👍

Collection very good driver helpful booking process easy but it would be useful to get an email or notification that it had been delivered.

Booked in a collection over the Christmas holidays for January, was called first thing when reopened.
Collected on the requested day and delivered quickly with no issues.
Excellent customer service, provided tracking on request and very helpful over the phone.

We have been using Speedshift for a number of years and they have never let us down. We regularly use their next day service, often booking collections on the same day, with pallets consistently arriving the following day as promised. To complement this reliability, they also offer very competitive pricing.

Collection was 2 days late. Poor communication meant multiple chasing for info and lots of unnecessary waiting around. Call centre team were pleasant and apparently let down by their suppliers.

Excellent service, very competitive on price and good, regular comms. Speedshift are my go to logistics provider, regardless of volume or distance.

Do not use speedshift they are liers and thieves. Completely wasted my time after cancelling my order and not refunding me as they are restructuring there buisness it has been 3 months of promises and nothing has happened.

Always deliver on time without any issues

I rang this Company because I had been let down by others. A lady called Laura answered the phone (no AI generated website or chatline manned by someone remote). Laura was fantastic. She took the details of my pallet and collection/delivery address. She allowed me to take out extra insurance (£5/kg to cover the real value of the goods) for just £3 extra. She and her colleagues even contacted the Vendor at the collection address to check that they could collect TODAY (for the price already quoted). If only all Companies could offer such an exceptional level of Customer Service. Thank you to Laura and thank you to Speedshift Pallet Delivery. I will definitely be recommending you to others.
