I have made 3 deposits on this site. My wife made many deposits and a couple withdraws. I finally made it through a $5400 playthrough! Time to verify my account to withdraw. They told me the utility bill snapshot wasn't accepted and to upload it on their site. I did that. 5:13 in the morning they said it was rejected. One hour later my account is blocked ( due to multiple accounts under my name) Which is nonsense. They told me twice me and my wife can have an account. Now it was time to make a withdraw the blocked my account to prevent paying me! Thieves! Don't deposit here they will block your account if you get lucky and try and make a withdraw! This casino is a total sham and will steal your money! Now their response is sorry to hear this happened when the only thing that happed was to steal the money I won. Reach out to our support team for further clarification when they've already said it's final. Don't try and pretend you're sorry that you stole my money after making a $5400 playthrough. I'm not a new player on your site and certainly only have ONE account, theives!

Najgorsze Dno z jakim miałem do czynienia w sieci omijać szerokim łukiem.

I am reaching out about my verification problems... it has been MORE then a week since I submitted my withdrawal request and I have face constant denials all week. Originally my photo id was verified but when I finally got the other required documents verified they then changed it and denied my photo id verification. I have taken photos of the messages as proof and can provide them if needed.

I dont understand why my id verification was changed and when I asked for a reason it was not provided. Instead the staff continued to send the list of possible problems and not the exact problem related to me. I also saved all of those conversations and can provide them if needed.

At this point this entire process feels more and more like my verification is being intentionally delayed to prevent my withdrawal and more and more like a scam.

I truly hope this is not the case. I do not know whats going on but it is ridiculous and I am beginning to wonder if I should even ask customer support for assistance since NONE seems to be provided when asked.

Update as of March 16, 2026. My verification has been denied 2 more times and they continue to provide the copy and paste responses. At this point this feels malicious and i doubt i will ever see my withdrawal.

After completing a promotion with a $50 deposit and a 200% bonus, I successfully met the wagering requirements (over $5,000 wagered) and ended up with $551 in my cash balance.

When I attempted to withdraw, the casino required account verification, which is normal. However, the verification process has been very slow and confusing. Documents have been submitted multiple times, including a live selfie verification with my passport, yet the process has repeatedly been delayed.

The casino states that verification normally takes up to 48 hours, but in my case the documents have remained “under review” for much longer. It also took over a week before I was finally told that an earlier selfie had been rejected due to “low quality”.

Another concerning issue occurred earlier when my account was verified for the first time. Shortly after verification, a manual balance adjustment of $6,949.30 was made to my account. When I asked about this, I was told it was related to a $20 no-deposit bonus that had been claimed weeks earlier.

However, that small bonus had already been played through at the time and only a few cents remained in the account before I later made a separate $50 deposit and new bonus promotion. Because of this, the explanation given for the large balance adjustment was confusing and difficult to understand.

At the moment my documents are still under verification review despite multiple submissions and confirmations from support that they are being checked.

I understand that casinos must verify accounts for security reasons, but the process should be clear, transparent, and efficient. In my experience the verification process and communication have been very slow and unclear, which has made withdrawing funds unnecessarily difficult.
