Poor delivery services.
I have been waiting for my product for over a week from the final distribution center. I have not been contacted by the delivery services. I am a very disappointed in the services. The product may be good, but without receiving it, how can I rate it.

Web site was extremely easy to use. Although I was a bit confused by use of ‘hemi” for type of walker until I saw ‘tall’ and standard’. I was able to complete my order quickly.
