Their sales practices are horrible. They suggest not to have them put things in writing since it'll take another 2 hours and you're after already been there 3/4 hours. Then they ask for proof of the lies, and I was by myself so they are very talented at ripping off old ladies. Their customer service is horrible. The girls answering simply keep repeating that "you signed the contract" . They talk over you, then suggest that you are talking over them. They lecture, then won't listen. They have an investigating service that doesn't respond to the complaint but rather zero's in one item basing his "all for the company" decision. All in all, they are not up front people

After successfully cancelling a contract and receiving our deposit funds through the Williamsburg location, a reoccurring charge kept being debited from our credit card account. Have called 6 times, sent emails and still the charges are being debited.

Do not buy a timeshare from spinnaker. They r horrible. The fees go up quickly every year. I had my ownership paid off within 6 months probably 14 years ago. Well, Once it’s paid off they can just take it from u if ur late scheduling ur float week of ur ownership. My husbands dad passed away and my hubby was almost killed by a boat accident earlier so we were trying to get hold of them since July. I normally paid my maintenance fees in may/June and booked our week. This year they decided they wanted it back to resell it. No options. It didn’t matter to them. They got their money. And I recall that when we purchased ours, they told us it was a repossessed ownership. Now I know why the previous owner felt. I was warned and even checked them out on the BBB but they r very good at talking u into it. DONT BUY FROM THEM! They lie

To quote one of their top salesman they sell "Air" why do you think those contracts are so hard to get out of in some cases people lose their homes check the Better Business bureau. This company has a sleazy reputation for a very good reason. Don't fall for it you don't need $100 gift card that bad

The Townes at King’s Creek Plantation in Williamsburg Va. is NOT Americans with disabilities compliant! We were assured they were before booking, but they lied. All 4 pools and 5 hot-tubs were inaccessible, all chair lifts were non-functional, rusted, corroded and in disrepair. Management lead us to believe they were going to but would take a few days only to find out it was a lie and they never intended to, staff made no real attempts to fix not even one so it could be used. Only 1 of the 5 hot tubs was working, steam rooms and saunas were also closed for maintenance, when asked when they would be open we were told with a laugh that they've been down for months. The unit had no light blocking curtains, the mattress was very uncomfortable so terrible sleeping. The landscaping badly done an overall an unkempt look, building showed signs of disrepair and poor maintenance, walkway and entrance filthy with mold and algae, it looked like they did the minimum they could do in real maintenance. There was no proper ramping on both sides of an outdoor pool area which is a major safety issue due to a lack of entrance & egress for wheelchairs. There were bugs & spiders in the unit, indoor pool deck area and windows were very dirty and in disrepair, outdoor pools had some green algae in them, the decks were dirty and in disrepair...
The staff were not helpful, they lied, one was even very rude and insulting. Just everything you don't expect or want on vacation at all. We would hate for those with disabilities to go through the same humiliation and disappointment our friend did having no proper accessibility to all the facilities as we were told.

Brandon from the spinnaker call center offered 4 day 3 night at one of spinnaker resorts. For this they would give us some money back from the deposit and offer us another trip. He said if we have any questions just call back so the package arrived and we called back wanted to know what kind of hotels are offered in second package we asked for Brandon and the woman with a heavy NY accent, said she can help I need your number. Well that was a load of crock she was not helpful evaded my question and said if your not satisfied I can refund 50 back for the second trip or give you a full refund. she did not help made things worse I asked for a supervisor she said no, I asked for Brandon and she said no. I hung up call back a bit later got the same woman she addressed me by my name, laughed and said I guess your calling to cancel I said no I would like to talk to a supervisor she said no so I hung up and I figured I wait a couple of days and try again. Well that did not work she issued a full refund without my consent. I had my wife call and ask for a supervisor they gladly transferred her to a crystal and she was not helpful either. She said she was listening to the conversation, and the girl did nothing wrong and we do not tolerate our operators getting cursed at and we don’t want “those kind of people” at our resorts. So I told the girl to issue the refund. Well crystal if you were listening you would have known the conversation took a turn when your employee said she would not get a supervisor and if you were listening you should have intervened. This company you should stay away form entirely, they are misleading and any company that are not helpful for “those king of peoples” would go out of business. This could have been avoided and handled so much better. Obviously crystal has been forced into a supervisor roll she has no clue in handling customer service. At the end of the day this company is like all timeshare nonsense. do yourself a favor and stay away
