We understand how important it is to be able to fully assess and demonstrate a vehicle's features before making such a significant purchase decision, and we appreciate your comments regarding the preparation of vehicles for viewings and test drives.

Since receiving your feedback, we have spoken with your son and are pleased that we have been able to move things forward positively. Arrangements have now been made for the vehicle to be assessed by our workshop, and following these discussions, a smaller holding deposit has been agreed while the necessary checks are completed.

Thank you for your review. Having considered the matter, we are unable to accept liability for a small dent, approximately the size of a pen tip, on a caravan that has been in your ownership for over two years. Given the length of time that has elapsed since purchase, we are unable to determine when or how the damage occurred.
