We went to Spinney in Warwickshire and found them to be extremely helpful and courteous.
We dealt with Richard Bulmer on the Sales side and purchased a lovely Coachman pastiche caravan.
Alan Rumney dealt with the handover of the caravan and explained everything about the caravan in detail, we are extremely grateful for all their assistance.

We recently part exchanged our existing caravan purchasing a new Swift Conqueror 560L caravan from Spinney Warwickshire and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish.
Everything was well organised. A special thank you to Brian Shannley in sales who looked after us all the way through taking care of the CHRIS and tracker registration etc. and answering any queries we had.
The handover on the new van was the best we’ve ever received in over 40 years of caravanning — Alan Romney took his time to go through every detail thoroughly and professionally and put us at ease from the start.

Well done Spinney on providing a first class service.

We found the staff that we dealt with to be courteous and friendly and were left alone to look at the caravans but always someone nearby to give advice.

I can't fault the experience at all. 2 weeks is all it took to buy and take delivery of our new motorhome. Conner went through how everything works and what you needed to do. absolutely brilliant. Thank you Connor for making this experience stress free. Our first motorhome is everything we dreamed of.

The Team we meet at SPINNEY WARWICKSHIRE were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.Sales Executive Richard Bulmer, guided us through the types of Caravans which our Car would pull.,and what Extras we could add if needed. Alan Rumney was extremely knowledgeable with the Carvan handover..advising on best ways to use things,like for instance leaving blinds semi open in hot weather so they would not buckle.Then Jayne Bulmer helping and advising on the best Tracker for are New Caravan.

There was an issue but they already had a solution when they told us.

Great sale all round… kind, and prompt with everything…

Very helpful good hand over experience. Discount applied to our accessories very welcome excellent help from accessory shop staff. Looking forward to some great adventures in our camper van.

Excellent service by the staff at Spinneys. Trade in of Motorhome and purchase of a new caravan went smoothly. Great explanation of everything in the caravan. Great company to deal with. Mark and Neil (Technician) were brilliant.

I part exchanged my Rollerteam Zefiro 696 for a Swift Kon- tiki 625 with a phone call at the Warwick Branch after looking online and spoke to Alan Blair who took a deposit to hold the van till i travelled down 3 weeks later from Scotland with my wife
On arrive we were greeted with friendly staff and Alan Blair introduced himself...We see the van and were very happy ..we stayed the night at the Holiday Inn and returned the next day to pick the new van up....
Alan Rumney had set the new van up for handover and showed us around and made sure we was happy ...
We returned to the office to finish off paperwork and Alan Rumney got the van ready for the road and we were off....We can't thank a them both enough , they were really nice...all the staff were really friendly...

Pursuit purchased recently and so far so good :-) Handover technician took his time to explain some caravanning tips. Accessories shop staff very helpful.

Always had time to answer my silly questions
Only down side was the preparation of the motorhome
on collection could have been cleaner
I’m not saying it was horrible or dirty but I expected a full valet before collecting
But we are fussy about that type of thing
The warranty and per engine service was fantastic
I will definitely keep using spinney in the future

As a lone woman buying my first campervan I was looked after by Colin. Very professional and knowledgeable. On collection was given full demonstration. Very happy with my purchase.
