Very friendly staff with good knowledge. Excellent chill out waiting area, although it was a bit cold today. Complimentary drinks too.

I found these guys on eBay via a search. I called them up to discuss a problem and looked for advise. I spoke to Adam & Nick & their communication and support was brilliant! They didn’t rush me off the phone, they listened and advised & gave myself and family reassurance on what was at question. We ordered custom item’s from them and they have been fantastic since. Going forward any parts I require these will be the first I call. Thank you again guys!

Extremely poor communication and unreliable delivery timelines.

We placed an order on 09/12 for a battery system critical to our food truck build. Since then, we have experienced repeated delays, constantly changing dispatch dates, and a complete lack of reliable information.

We have been given multiple expected release dates, none of which have been met, and are now being told that no guarantees can be provided. This has caused significant disruption to our launch plans.

Despite this, the battery continues to be advertised as available to order on the website, which is frustrating given that existing orders appear unable to be fulfilled.

While staff have been polite (when they do reply), the overall experience has been extremely disappointing, and we would not recommend relying on this supplier for time-critical orders.

We had an electrical off grid upgrade, which included a Lithium Fogstar battery, Victron smart solar, B2B charger & Victron Inverter. We are so pleased the result. All the team are professional & made a lovely job of it, fitting it in to a tight space for us.
We would highly recommend using Split-Charge.

We have used splitcharge a few times now to do work on our Motorhome and I can’t praise them enough there work is top notch nothing is too much for them !! I spoke with Samuel about what we need done in our Motorhome and he was so knowledgeable about things I just know the job would be done well but Samuel went up another level if you’ve not used them use them and you will see what I’m on about!! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Samuel and his team for all they have done for us you lads are simply the best!!
