Two days latter it shipped but the web page when I tried to track it said that the number was incorrect but you didn't give the number to me so I could track it through FEDEX. Also one of the items was cancelled and didn't find that out until the order was shipped. That was the main item I was looking forward to receiving. I ordered three fuel cans and received one within a few days. Ordering was easy, the price was good, and the can arrived in good condition. When the other two failed to arrive and I received no indication that they had shipped, customer service was very efficient at responding to my inquiry and offered to reship the two that didn't arrive. The issue was annoying but the company was very helpful at correcting the error.

Bought a wood burning stove, the handle broke the first day and all of the stripping around the door fell off. Wood doesn't stay burning good because the door won't shut all the way due to the handle and stripping gone. Smoke goes everywhere. Lost everything in our greenhouse and now need to buy a new stove. The fulfillment process has really fallen off as of late. I currently have an order that is 2 weeks old that hasn't shipped, an order i placed after that one has already arrived, makes zero sense. Sometimes your order will ship within a day or two other times it can take literally weeks before it ships out. Kind of hard to plan when it can take anywhere between 3 days and a month to recieve your order. Do NOT ever order ammo, the last 3 shipments of ammo I ordered was so terribly packed the boxes all broke open with hundreds of rounds rolling around in the big shipping box. Customer service is useless and feeds you a line of whatever you want to hear but clearly has no say so on how the warehouse operates (or doesn't operate).If they can get their warehouse workers back in line this is for sure a 5 star company.

Sadly, it seems as though this site is very poorly managed. I was hoping to buy a pair of hunting shears from sportsman guide. I saw that by signing up for email and text alerts I could potentially get a discount so I went ahead and did that and also received a 15% off welcome offer besides. I was literally getting ready to hit the place order button when I realized that despite the supposed discounts, The total that would be charged to my card was still the full amount. I reached out to their chat service and the representative I spoke to named Kim was very rude and curt, giving no assistance and cutting the chat off right after her response so I couldn't reply. Needless to say, I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Shipped the wrong product. Failed to reship the right product. Lied to me many times about checking the bin, shipping overnight, etc,etc. Ask for a supervisor. Wouldn't transfer to a supervisor. Am shipping the wrong product back and will never do business with these people ever again.
Edit: Got an email from the âreview teamâ that reviews the reviews. Said they were sorry and offered a $15 coupon, insinuating I would buy from them again. Not a chance. Again, falsely told me they would ship overnight. To them, âover nightâ means 3 days. They shipped it Friday and I wonât get the replacement product until Monday. Three days.
