Don’t order from here, they sell items that are no longer in stock. They display their items as still available when they really are not. Something shady going on there. Also they canceled my order without updating me at all.

Cristin rocks! She actually listened to the customer unlike most merchants. She helped me get my package replaced quickly since it was delivered to the wrong address and even had UPS call me to be sure I received the replacement package. Above and beyond service. Happy to be a customer of Sports memorabilia.

It was frustrating having complications with my order being swapped out for a different style product, thus delaying my delivery by weeks. Matthew was the one in charge of my issue.

He always replied the emails right away, taking care of the matter and fixing the issue right away. In less than 2 days everything was solved.

I’m very happy with the service he provided when I couldn’t validate a hologram on the website of a baseball I purchased through memorabilia.

The site never sent me an email about where my order was...I had to call twice...the automated message was totally wrong saying it was still "being processed. One the worst site I've experienced for an order

Super wonderful staff, Christan that helped me, i had an issue and not even 15 minutes later it was all cleared up. I will 100% be using this site from now on and tell members of my family if they want good sports memorabilia buy from here just because of how fast, accountable, and responsible... atleast the guy who helped me out 😆

Have ordered two weeks ago, with the product advertisement promising shipment within 4 business days. Still no shipment after two weeks…to get an update I’ve emailed three times, have tried their (useless) chatbot and phone line. No response…

Cristin was a great help, I could not say anything negative about Sports Memorabilia! I will be a customer for life! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I ordered a baseball on 8/26. The emails from you kept indicating a 9/9 arrival. It never came. I started making phone calls. Eventually I was communicating with Cristin in customer service. She was amazing and I received my baseball yesterday 9/22. She even made sure I received it at my daughter's home in NJ since I was not in Michigan. Although I was disappointed in the beginning and starting to get very agitated, she turned me around with her honesty and true concern. Please thank her for me and I won't give up on Sportdmemorabilia because of her!
