Squires Estates レビュー

We would highly recommend Squires Estates for managing the selling of your home. It is an independent estate agency, ( separate from the larger conglomerates with centralised control).
We found that Edward and Adam ( Directors) have integrity and great interpersonal skills. In the present buyers market, and when our sale became protracted and complicated, they were clear in their dealings with all parties, their support and guidance was invaluable.
Ari, Rajeeth and Magdi who managed the viewings were all efficient, pleasant to work with and positive, following up on viewings in an appropriate manner.
At a stressful time in one's life, it is worth going with estate agents you can trust.

"I rented this property no 10 royal court HP39QP Hemel Hempstead through Squire Estate, and the experience was exceptional. The house was flawless, immaculately presented, and exactly as described—ready to move straight into. The process was smooth, professional, and entirely hassle-free. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Squire Estate to all prospective tenants. Thank you so much chanell degutis am so proud and confident in you.

Chanell and Lucenzo have been incredibly helpful with the whole process of registering for my tenancy.
All the necessary applications have been submitted with no problems whatsoever.
Dealing with both Chanell and Lucenzo has been fantastic, they are both very professional but also very likeable. I could not have wished for better people to deal with of all aspects of Squire Estates.

Completely terrible customer service. I do not recommend, the lady who works at the back with orange nails has made my experience horrible. She got up from her desk to fight me, i am a tenant and now feel intimidated.

Worst experience wouldn’t recommend it in base on my experience. Got scammed twice

I had a very poor experience renting through Squires Estates and would not recommend them based on my experience.
Throughout the tenancy and especially at the end, it felt as though Squires Estates and the landlord were acting in complete alignment, with little to no regard for the tenant. Legitimate concerns were dismissed, and when it came to the deposit, deductions were pushed aggressively despite the property being left in a comparable (if not better) condition than at check-in.
The process lacked transparency, and evidence was largely ignored. The way the deposit was handled gave the clear impression that decisions had already been made, leaving the tenant with no fair or neutral treatment. Rather than acting as an independent managing agent, Squires Estates appeared to prioritise the landlord’s financial interests at the tenant’s expense.

Overall, this was a stressful and frustrating renting experience, particularly around the deposit return. I would strongly advise tenants to document everything carefully and be prepared to challenge deductions if dealing with this agency.

had an outstanding experience working with Steve Dixon. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and truly dedicated to helping me achieve the best result. They communicated clearly, answered all my questions promptly, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Their knowledge, patience, and genuine care really set them apart. I felt supported every step of the way. I would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and exceptional agent!

Squires Estates managed my rental property at Beaufort Park from February 2008 until I sold it recently. Adam and his team provided me with unfailingly prompt, helpful and professional support over those 17 years. I can recommend Squires to anyone requiring property management services in north west London.

Great experience during the purchase process - worked with Ari who helped ensure the process was as quick as possible and all concerns were alleviated. Would definitely work with Squires again!

This was, without question, one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences we’ve had with an estate agency. Over several weeks, Zac demonstrated a complete lack of organisation, accountability, and basic courtesy. Communication was erratic at best, with repeated last-minute cancellations and vague, shifting plans that left us entirely in the dark.

Despite his repeated verbal assurances that we would be the first to view a property, we were informed — just one hour before our scheduled appointment — that it had already been let. No apology, no explanation, just a dismissive message that made clear how little regard he had for our time or trust.

The experience was not only a waste of time, but indicative of a worrying disregard for professional standards and client care. This wasn’t just poor service — it was negligent. I would strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with this agency.

Rating: ★★★☆☆
Squires Estates provided a decent service overall, with helpful and professional staff like Julius and others making the experience smooth. Their team was knowledgeable, respectful, and managed to secure a quick offer on a property. While the process was good, some aspects could have been better. A reliable option for housing needs.

I have been with Squires since 2020 as a landlord with a rental property. Having moved from an absolutely terrible managing agent, they have proved their worth in every way. They are fair, honest and excellent communicators. Alex and Sophie have been fantastic throughout the letting, managing a not so easy situation with great professionalism. Squires are the 5th Agency I've been with over 17 years. Frankly, none of others have come close!

Ari and Zach were very helpful throughout the process of moving in the Colindale area. Always quick to respond, same day viewings and immensely helpful in getting the agreement across the completion line. Friendly and professional, we can’t recommend Ari, Zach and the whole team at Squires enough.

We have just completed the selling of my mother’s flat in Hendon. From the start to completion, Edward Kay and his team were excellent. They were totally professional throughout, always returning calls promptly, being supportive when needed and doing all they could to help the process along. I would highly recommend Squires. Thank you once again Edward and to all at Squires!

They have been very helpful and prompt with everything.I have rented apartments many times but Squares Estates is the best so far. A big thanks to Ari for being so professional.

Fantastic service and great people
They sold our flat quickly and efficiently and kept in touch with us throughout offering guidance and support. I'd recommend in a heartbeat.

We recently moved to a new home with the help of Ari and Lauren, who were great throughout the process. They were really quick to respond when we made a viewing request which got sorted straightaway. From then on the process was very smooth, quick and efficient and Lauren was really quick to respond to any queries.
We had an issue with a key which, once again, got dealt with by Ari in no time.
We are very pleased and grateful and we feel in very good hands as tenants.

Our relationship with Squires Estates and Julius was very nice and positive.
We found them very professional and responsive.
On a more personal level, we found Julius very pleasant, kind and easy to work with.
We highly recommend them.

We have worked with the Squires Estates in the year 2020 and 2024 for selling our family property. Genuinely knowledgable and professional team. We met Julius, Abby, Panikos, Vanessa and Ali along the way. All polite and wonderful people. The valuation they did was accurate and to the point but also was respectful to our expectations.
My parents knew Julius from before, and this year I got a chance to work with him directly. He is very professional, kind, patient and respectful. He wouldn't use extra pressure or words to manipulate, as he knows what he is doing, very comfortable to talk to. He shared his many years of knowledge of the housing market and status of the local agencies in that area openly and honestly. Real knowledge makes people humble.
He and his team actually could bring a genuine buyer very quickly with a firm offer. I wish I could follow their guidance sooner. Full confidence.
